This was a great idea

Do no like this item however unable to return. Over $399 wasted. Used it for 10 minutes and determined pressure is to harsh and neck massage is rubbing my head. Too short for this model. Should have gotten a different one or tried it in store BEFORE I bought it. Do not buy online. Try it BEGORE you buy!!!

I am 5'2" and the neck messager hit me in the back of the head. I tried sitting on a pillow but it didn't work very well for me.

It massages your skull. The placement of neck balls are off. This is for a very large tall man not a women. Im 5" 6". It hits my head not the neck. Now they wont take it back and Im out $200. Dont buy it.

Mine came used. Packaging around the unit was shredded and re-taped together. No instructions and also there were slice marks on the bottom and back of the it. Also remote looked worn out and certain buttons didn’t work. I’m sorry for this experience I was really looking forward to getting this.

I love this massager. It does a great job on the neck and traps and the combined percussive and kneading massage is heaven on the back and not a meat tenderizer like so many cheap massage cushions.I am taking off by two stars though because far too many of the advertised features aren't in the actual product.A rolling massage is advertised. There is no rolling massage.Two neck massage motions is advertised on the box. There is only a kneading neck massage.Homedics said in the Q&A you can do a spot kneading massage. You can only do percussive massage for a spot massage.I assume this is an entirely Chinese designed massager that homedics slaps their name on so they don't know what it actually does. It's a great product, just be aware it's not what is advertised.

Also the lower back stops halfway down your lower back, for the price it needs to adjust for ppl of all heights - I’m 5’9” and shouldn’t be having issues with stuff reaching too high or low

I made a big mistake purchasing this massager. The one that I had before costed less than half of this massager and lasted almost a decade. Here we go :-1) The shoulder & head operation is so high that it pokes into my skull instead of massaging my neck. I have to use 3 cushions to raise myself up and I have an above average height of 5'9". What about people with average height? Did anyone do a prototype & test this product for functionality?2) The top rollers, don't go any further from the neck so it doesn't do shoulders properly.2) For the mid & lower back, I have to use without cushions because the roller balls don't even go to the upper back/ shoulders. They stop short of the shoulder so I have to slide myself down to have my shoulders done.3) The roller balls simply go up & down the spine. How about going a bit on the sides to cover the back & shoulders properly? (My previous massager did it).4) The roller balls protrude out so much that it pushes me out of the chair. It seems that I have to wear a safety belt (like in planes) to keep myself in place. I literally have to brace myself by holding the chair or locking my feet onto a wall or table. So much for relaxation !!!5) One can't use all the three set of rollers meant for top, middle & lower back at the same time because if one tries to get the neck massaged then the other 2 sets of rollers don't even touch your back because the top rollers are more protruding than the bottom ones. And so if one gets the lower & middle rollers touch the back then the top rollers push the head forward. Major design flaw !!!6) The product ad & description claimed that the massager works like a real masseuse/ real massage therapist in person. Let alone feeling massaged, I feel more like being bullied by this massager than getting massaged !!Welcome to the world of deceit and false marketing claims !!!!

Por un poco más tendrás masaje en el cuello, la espalda en general y más la baja el masaje 3d es de lo mejor. Ayuda bastante para la rehabilitación de tus músculos y ligamentos, se recomienda dejarlo descansar para que no se dañen los motores, más de medio año y muy bien.
