100-Percent Hand Crafted Spa Scented Valentines or Romantic Love Candle, 9-Inch, Pink

When I was a kid we were at Silver Dollar City in Missouri.We watched Similar Candles being Dipped in different color waxes and then carved.IMO these candles were beautiful.My Anniversary was nearing and I always purchase something for the Traditional Gift, this year was Wax!I decided I'd see what I could find online after a couple failed trips to the local shopping mall.I saw this candle on Amazon, it reminded me of my trip to Silver Dollar City and I thought it would work,so I ordered it.It arrived in plenty of time for my Anniversary, but the Box it was packaged in at the factory had come apartjust enough at the top of the box that the candle came out of the Styrofoam and the candle broke.I returned the Candle to Amazon for a Refund, didn't want to take the chance of ordering another.It could have arrived in time, but there was a chance it might not have arrived in time also.Or, what if the second candle too was broken?Ended up going the the Yankee Candle Store in the Mall and buying a candle there. :((Just yet another candle in a jar, boring)!

I would love to give 5 stars for the item and how beautiful I was but it came broken and ruined. The plastic encasing the candle was literally ripped and some of the wax hearts were snapped off. Berry disappointed in packaging. My mothers Christmas present is a joke now. Otherwise the product is great but they really need to work on protection.

Bought as a gift, though I can't really say what it burns like or smells like because it hasn't been burned (and I doubt it will). I wasn't quite as pretty in real life as I thought, but still pretty nice. She seemed to like it more than I liked my initial idea of it, so perhaps it's just me. The packaging was probably part of it - the box it comes in isn't very nice. Not that it's supposed to be, it's to get it to me, but it gave me a different impression of the candle than I had, and probably than it gave her once she got it (presented by itself).

My husband got this for me and I love it!! The smell is incredible and the candle burns beautifully! Great gift!!

Great candle! However, arrived with the design broken into little pieces. A suggestion: place packing material inside the box, it is very loose inside, and no matter how much cushioning you place on the outside, the candle will still be shaken around and fragmented on the inside.I really hate to give this product a bad review as I believe it is a great candle, but this candle won't be making anyone happy if it is delivered broken, and this isn't the fault of the delivery personnel, it is due to lack of protection of the beautiful candle itself.

5 stars for the candle but 1 star (may be zero, if it was possible) for the packaging. I love this candle. It's beautiful and elegant. An ideal gift for anyone. I ordered this item 3 times. First time it came without any damage. Second time it came melted and broken, surprisingly there was no air pack or bubble or any kind of cushion inside the package. Third time (received just now) it's broken again. This time there were some air packs, but still very poor packaging. Whoever packaged it, he or she even didn't bother to use some tape on the gift box to hold it tight and together. I was hoping to give it to a friend tonight. Very disappointing.

We ordered these candles as gifts...they were so beautiful. The recipients couldn't believe that we didn't have them custom made just for them. Great product and reasonable price...packaged well and quickly shipped.
