MERRITHEW Massage Ball, Single (Red), 3.5 inch / 10 cm

This ball is soft, but resistant enough to give a massage-like feeling. The spikes are soft enough to not hurt soft skin. The ball works well on small areas where a roller does not. I put a cloth between the ball and skin for a little less discomfort if the area is tender. I use it for SI joint pain and after 10-15 minutes, there is a noticeable decrease in pain and more mobility.

Awesome little ball. Works great to put against a wall and get into the back muscles. I like to bring it to the gym to work on the back, shoulders, arms, hamstrings and glutes. All the areas foam rollers are too big to really get at. It is, however, a bit soft when putting all your weight on it - but it is plenty strong for most objectives. Great for foot massages also.

Had another ball and gave it to a friend... this one is my replacement.... the size is perfect!! 3-4" hold in your hand and roll across your neck, head, shoulder.... press against it for trigger points.... GREAT!

Received this red pediatric ball; and started using it right away: I uses this every day for 15 minutes: I love using this is massage ball; if you get this get this one the big red one giant one it works wonders for the foot has little acupuncture's on it when you roll it around after 15 minutes each day; its really good on the feet; at all I saw I say this one it's the best the best for the money

Hard and spikes hurt

I have a 'dirty' shoulder that may need surgery and has a lot of scar tissue built up inside. The smaller ball rollers don't get in to the shoulder blade enough. This is a good size. The 'nubs' could be a little bigger and softer so one could really push into it or use without clothing. I can't use it on my feet without thick socks because it tickles and on the shoulder it kind of hurts because they are small and very hard but over all it feels nice. I actually lost it (or it was stolen by the dog) and I'm considering getting another one if that says anything about how it feels.

The ball seems very sturdy. The spikes are hard enough to get in my muscles but not so pokey that I can't find a pressure that's comfortable. I mostly use it on my feet.

this little ball is the best thing to have in your home. I have pain in my arm and lower back, with muscle knots. I have been using this ball for months. My husband uses it on my legs, back and feet each night. Talk about something that will relax you in a minute, it does. When my arm gets to hurting, I use it there and makes it feel better. I would advise everyone that needs something for pain, and be able to relax to get this little ball. Your life will change greatly.

This works so very well. I use it for spot massaging along my forearm and elbow after lifting weights and it helps release all the tension and agitated muscles. Love this little ball.

A quality product that met expectations from description. Just the right size for loosening up my feet - bought two.

I have sciatica fairly bad. When I go a few days without exercise my muscles cease and tighten. When I take even just 5 minutes to use this ball on my piriformus and glute muscles it relieves so much pain. I use it on my back, hamstrings, glutes, quads.. anywhere really where I feel tightness and pain. It hurts, but it works! I can't live without it. However, there are a few massage balls where the bumps are not as stiff or as pointy that don't hurt quite as much as this one. I travel with it because I can use it on the plane sitting in my chair, roll on it in parks, or at the gym, my hotel room etc…

The massage ball was soft yet firm enough to massage well. The little spikes were just right too.
