Tommy Bahama - King Quilt Set, Reversible Floral Bedding with Matching Shams, Bedding Set Seasons (Tropical Orchid Green, King)

It's really beautiful

This is the second time that I’ve ordered this coverlet. The first was for a queen bed and this one for a king. They both fit perfectly. It’s very lightweight and is perfect for summer. The colors are soft greens and blush peach on a white field. Nice quality.

Covers the whole king size bed and hangs over edges down to height of top mattress. Nice pattern and like that it is the same pattern on both sides. Just the right thickness for Florida. Soft rtexture. washes easily

This is a nice bedding set, perfect for warm climates or summer time. I was looking for something lightweight, pretty and tropical - this Tommy Bahama quilt set was all three. The colors are very soft and muted, but pretty and tranquil. My only complaints are that it smells absolutely terrible out of the bag and is just a bit small. I am afraid to machine wash it after reading other reviews, as it will not be big enough if it shrinks. I will have to air dry and stretch it or pass it on to a queen bed.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this quilt set. The leaves are several shades of Sage, and the flowers are light to dark coral. I purchased a coral throw to place at the foot of the bed which really matches the color in the quilt and pillow shams. The only down-side was that I needed to also purchase a bed skirt. However, I found a light ivory color that matches the ivory in the background of the quilt making the set look quite stylish, tropical, and colorful. I also checked out a Tommy Bahama website and saw that this set typically sells for $300.00. I purchased it from Amazon.com for $131.00. Would definitely recommend to others looking for these qualities.

Very colourful, vibrant and great quality. Thick cotton. Washes repeatedly with only a little fading. Very comfortable and soft to touch. Would definitely buy again.

This is a beautiful quilt set. I was looking for something with a tropical feel, but not totally green and not too bright. The small amounts of coral really pop and the greens are a very nice shade. The quilt itself is very nice, great quality. I'm using it as a bedspread and it was generous size for my King size bed, which is an adjustable frame and sits high. It hangs down to the frame well. I added some coral pillows and curtains and its perfect.

First of all, I love this brand and have bought several Tommy Bahama products over the years, from sunglasses and lotions to bedding. It means good value and quality to me, and that's my expectation. This set meets the bar on quality, and the only real - and unexpected - disappointment in this quilt set is cosmetic. I expected some color pops, particularly the coral contrast against the greens. Instead, the colors on this bed set are very muted. Rather than orange / coral, it runs on the light coral / pink side. The greens are also more muted than the photos. This wouldn't be a problem in general, but for the room intended, it just doesn't work with the color schemes I have in mind for our summer home. On the positive side, it's the perfect weight for layering and, as per the brand, is sturdy enough to last over time. I'm happy with the purchase; I got it at a slightly discounted price, so don't get me wrong -- great price and quality. It's just too muted and pink for me, which I'll just have to get over. And it does shrink. A LOT. So be prepared to rethink queen vs king size, if you like your bedspreads to drape over the edge of your bed.
