First of all when you go to charge it, there's no hole to charge it, but at the very bottom in the center you stick the earphone looking piece through the rubber and it will go in dead center. When you pull it out you don't see no hole. So I just want people to know, so they don't try not to rip the thing apart, because it won't make it as waterproof. I love this wand it’s amazing worth every dime I spent. Great price and it’s not the cheap kind for a low price that might break or get damaged easily, would buy again even if the one I have never breaks!!!!!

This vibrator works good and holds a good battery charge (User info states 1.5 hours depending on power settings). It's not terribly strong so if you're looking for a deep tissue neck/back massager, I would look for something more powerful. It does have a lot of different vibrations, however I found that I don't like any of them besides the regular constant/consistent vibration. The different speed settings is nice. I do like the silicone material. It is soft and smooth, however it smells pretty strongly like paint. I had to wash it with soap many times but it still faintly smells like paint/chemicals. It is waterproof, but I would not advise submerging it in water. The only hole that water could get into it is on the very bottle where you plug in the charger, but it has a silicone seal that covers it. It is easy using this in the dark because when it's turned on the settings buttons light up, as you can see in my attached photo. I also attached a photo of the user manual/care guide. This vibrator is okay for the price, but I do wish I would have went with something a little more powerful, it does not give my back and shoulders the relief I was looking for.

It come in a nice package, but once I opened it & got it completely charged like it said I tried to use it & it only lasted like 10-15 minutes then it was completely dead. I now can't get even 5 minutes fully charged before it dies again. Complete waste of money & after 2 years on Amazon I can officially say my first purchase regret. Don't buy this product! HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!

This works great and we love it, but the buttons are hard to see, especially in a darkened room. So I just used a silver permanent marker to mark the buttons. Problem solved.

It definitely gets the job done. It’s not the quietest but it works really well. I just wish the vibration was more powerful then it would be perfect
