I bought this belt for my girlfriend. I got her interested in weight training and she gotten very serious in deadlifts and squats. She needed the extra support and security to do those routines. The belt was light and it contoured her midsection. I never wore neoprene lifting belts. I wore mostly leather belts through out my training. The leather I felt gave me a stronger confidence my back would be protected. It was firm. Well, I figured the neoprene belt I purchased for her would give her wouldn't give her an intense feel, so she wouldn't feel discouraged on using a belt for lifting heavier weights. On first use she felt comfortable. But the only gripe she had was trying to get the belt to secure around her midsection to be as snug as most trainers suggest. It was difficult to do it on her own, unlike a the leather belts. The reason I explain is that I instructed her to suck in her stomach so she could secure the belt tighter to her midsection so there would be no play. She had a hard time accomplishing to get it tighter. The first lock, which was the Velcro would get into contact with each other once it touches and to where you think it will stay. The second lock, which it the strap and buckle will secure the belt, which it described as a second security mechanism. She tried pulling the strap to make it more snug, but the Velcro wouldn't allow it. I had to assist her in increasing the adjustment to be more snugly. I had her suck in her stomach again and pull the Velcro connections further inward by pulling the second security strap so she had secure snug. This was a two person job to accomplish it. The wearer who needs to hold the belt straps and the other person to assist to adjustments. She mentioned the material was firm, but comfortable. It is a good belt and it secured itself very well. I gave a good mark because others may have a different opinion and may think it suits their needs. It depends on how intense your attitude in training is and you want equipment that will meet up to your standard. My girlfriend is intense. She wants the equipment to be quick to put on and feel confident that she will be secure for those heavy lifting. The shipping was quick! It arrived very fast. I will go and check on the seller's other items, like a leather belt he had posted for sale. This belt we tried on our first day we got it out of the package and hit the gym and that is how we evaluated to belt.

This belt is useless. The soft nature and sculpted design meen you only really get compression from the 2" wide strip of webbing. It is not enough to effectively perform a valsava and protect your back. The belt is comfortable, yes, but realy is for decorative purposes only.I own a pioneer but wanted something easy on / off for a range of lighter lifts. Go with alternate nylon choice that is uniform width, more rigid, and wider buckle.

Started wearing a belt to prevent injury from volume. This is hands down the best belt on the market. It conforms well and provides a solid base to fill your diaphragm with air and make your core rigid.The sizing chart is accurate. I bought a size medium and had to return it for a small. I thought there is no way I wear a size small in anything. But make sure you follow the size chart because it really is accurate. If you are right in between sizes, go with the smaller one.

The way this belt is set up, you velcro it closed; then fasten up the webbing through the buckle. At that point, you can get it a little tighter, but not much. So IMO this belt is not suitable for truly limit powerlifting the way a leather Inzer belt is. But it makes a nice Oly or CrossFit belt. Also, it's very comfortable, and appears to be well made.

Most comfortable Belt that I have ever Ownedprovide amazing support as it is designed to contour more effectively than the leather belts.I was suspect of the Velcro closure at first however I have found it to be more effective and adjustable than leather belts.I would buy this belt again without question.

Didn't think I'd be writing a review about this belt, but man this is the best lifting belt I've ever used. It just works SO well and so easily once you follow the directions. It's super solid, more like a leather belt than a velcro belt yet much easier to get on and get tight than a leather belt. This belt IS different than any other velcro belt I've used or seen and it feels like it's built to last. The design really works. I've only had it a few weeks so I have no idea what it will be like in a year or two, but for now it's hands down the best belt I've ever used.

I've gone from powerlifting to Olympic lifting and this belt is wonderful. I've used everything from single buckle basic valeo leather belts, Velcro belts, single prong Olympic lifting and powerlifting belts, and lever lock powerlifting belts. Hands down my favorite for comfort and assistance without feeling like I'm wearing a corset. It's low profile helps with not letting the bar clip it when I successfully keep the bar close unlike single prong leather belts I've used for Olympic lifts.

とても良いベルトだと思います。ナイロンベルトのくせに、並みの革ベルトよりしっかり腹圧がかかるし、無段階で締められるので、種目に適した強さでセット出来ます。例えば、ベンチに横になって行う種目の場合、立った状態で思いっきり締めても、横になると締めが甘く感じてしまうものですが、このベルトなら、横になりながら締めることが出来るので、とても良いです。スクワットとデットリフトだけインザーのレバーアクションを使ってますが、それ以外の種目は、殆どこのベルトです。

ジムで高重量のスクワットやデッドをやる時に使用しますがバックルタイプと違い、無断階での締め付けが可能な点が素晴らしいです。更には持ち運びも革に比べ軽量でバックルタイプの革より劣る点は現状では思い浮かびません。購入時の価格はAmazonから６９７５円でしたが今は高くなっているようですね。

以前から使用しているタイプがぼろくなって新しいのを探してました。同じのでもお値段がお店によってそれぞれでした。amazonで検索すればぜったいにみつかりますね～。ハードなスポーツには、予防効果もあって必要です
