Mountainsmith Hiking, Anvil Grey, 80L, Apex 80

This thing is great! Very conveniently designed with a nice pocket arrangement and features, it is very light and might be the best pack I've ever had in this price range! I abuse my gear and it has been very durable so far

Bought this bag for my Machu Picchu trek/Peru for (4 days/3 nights) I already had a 30L that I used for Mount Kili, but everyone suggested smaller. This bag worked for the entire trek and was comfortable and overall lightweight. I overall had no problems and thought it was great quality. Would recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  Very comfortable and easy to hike around Iceland. Many pockets and a deep pouch let take rain coat and pants, Crampton, winter jacket and various other items. Very large pockets on the side for my 32 oz water bottles

The criteria that I was looking for that I found in this pack. A generous sized day pack that had enough flexibility to handle a light overnight. A top loading drawstring closure with hood. A lightweight, sturdy fabric. Water bottle pockets that hold a large Nalgene water bottle. The ability to cinch the bag up and strap gear onto the outside. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable bag I’ve got a lot of mountain smith items and they do not disappoint. I’d also recommend their fly fishing dry bags to those very few that fly fish
