Pills are small very easy to go down

Please be aware. Yes B vitamins are water soluble... excess amounts should pass through urine.But... if you are older and/or have a heart condition, the excessive MDR is dangerous and may cause or exacerbate heart issues and/or interact with heart medication.Please talk to your doctor.Please consider B vitamins that are 100% of the MDR and not 1,000s of the MDR.You're basically paying for more than you need and flushing the rest. Sustained release or not... your body was not built for these excessive amounts.I cannot reiterate enough how dangerous excessive B vitamins can be.
