My daughter had this exact set several years ago and we just bought it for my 3 year old niece. Our set had so much use out of it and the blow dryer was so much fun. Even my son played with it! I am hoping the quality is the same and that my niece enjoys it as much as my daughter did!

The case is great, and all of the little pieces - the barrettes and fake lipstick and nailpolish - are well-made and can handle pretty heavy use. The little hairdryer makes a low hum sound, but even if you don't put batteries in it, it's still fun to pretend. The comb is well-made and didn't seem to tear my sister-in-law's hair out at Christmas when her child made her be her first "customer."It got lots of use as soon as it was opened by every kind in the room. One child was pretending to paint my sister-in-law's nails. One child was combing her hair and blowing her hair dry. And the other child was putting her hair up in clips and barrettes.The items are all arranged in a plastic mold inside the carrying case (which is well-made also), so if you lose the mold, I'm guessing the pieces will just have to slosh around together inside the case. That's really its only drawback. It was well worth the $20 I paid for it here on Amazon. I would buy it again without hesitation.

This is cute and my 3 year old daughter loves it. Some of the pieces in it are a little pointless and she did not use more than once. However she loves that the hairdryer really blows and loves the mirror and carrying case.

My granddaughter loves this, she does her hair, my hair, and the hair of all of her princess and Barbie dolls.The only thing I would like to see changed is he sound of the hair dryer -- once you put the battery in, it makes a dryer sound, but it is extremely quiet and hard to hear.

Cheap set but all I needed was the hair dryer. The hair dryer makes noise and slightly blows air. The button needs to be held down to run. I like this because I don’t worry about it being left in and batteries being wasted. Everything else in the set has been tossed. Useless.

My baby loved it! She is only 2 years old, butshe can easily play and enjoy. I like that the lipstick is from plastic ( many other lipstick toys are from real material that you can really use like an adult lipstick) This one is safe, because it is plastic. The hair drying machine gives really some air and makes a little sound, which makes it look real to my baby. Definitely a good choice to buy, and good quality.

The fact that this all comes in a hard carrying case is fantastic! I looked at a lot of sets to buy and this one by far is the BEST! Comes with a pedestal play mirror, brush, comb, hair dryer (it really blows too!), hair accessories and 2 little play bottles. You will need one AA battery for the hair dryer for it to be able to blow air, but other than that everything you need for pretend play. Set is grey and pink.

Very cute! We got our granddaughter a vanity for her 3rd birthday. Didn't want to introduce her to the idea of makeup, so decided this would be better. And she loves everything in it! The carrying case is great if you have no vanity or dresser to put items in. She uses it to carry other things around!
