This is the best investment if you do nails! Yes it expensive but the job make it easy. The power is exquisite. Battery life is longer than the cheap one. Functionaly perfect!

Was so excited to invest in a very nice e-file as I have begun taking my Nail career more seriously and saw many positive reviews about this machine. I opened the package and everything looked great until I turned it on. The machine turned on, but the small screen which tells you the RPM stayed black. I considered just keeping it as-is, but after I thought about it more I realized if I’m spending almost $400.00 on a machine I at least want it in brand new and in fully functional condition! So I immediately began the return process, and now almost a month later I am STILL waiting to be credited the money back!! The date for refund keeps changing daily! It was supposed to be issued the 6th of June, then the 10th, now the 15th!?! Ridiculous. I was planning on simply returning and then buying the exact same machine (hoping the second one would actually work) but seeing how it’s been such a hassle I definitely will not!!

I’ve been using this for a while and it works great for both mobility and just keeping in one spot. I wish the grips on the bottom were stronger so it would stay in place. The dial is easier to turn and the switch easily flips up and down. Sometimes there is a delay when changing directions, but that doesn’t bother me.

So far so good. Or should I say great. I've had another version of the medicool nail drill that I've had for 6 years and still running but got a new one because I wanted something smaller and portable. I love this. Very powerful and sands down colored acrylic so much more tast than more older one. I'm so happy about the fact that it has a connector to rest the hand peice into. And can I say the hand drill is so much more conference and not bulky like other hand pieces. Wish I could give it more stars!!!!

Like this file but the only thing wrong is the handpick gets hot

This arrived completely used, dirty, scratched, melted with acetone or glue on the back. Extremely disapointed I needed this for work. Now I have to return 🙄🙄🙄
