I drink an orange juice shake with ginger and termeric every morning. Great with your protein shakes, in cooking or dips.Ginger lime chicken is my fave. It gives a zing to my morning shake. No peeling or chopping. Just add about a teaspoon or so of paste and you’re set.Use with olive oil to make a flavorful marinade.

We use this in cooking a variety of dishes - the ginger flavor is perfect, it is not too liquidy, and it arrived in good shape and on time.

The jar came packaged extremely well, great value and flavor.

I found that my curry was very bitter, I thought it was.me burning the spices, then I tasted the ginger, very bitter!

I've used large jars of ginger paste for well over a decade, having lived previously near Asian grocers. Only availability in rural Oregon is online, now. I'd just used the last of my Laxmi brand paste and decided to sample a cheaper product and I'd liked Rani's yellow curry and garam masala spices.First thing I noticed was the peanut butter-brown color which made me sniff it. Not a good odor, but the nose is fallible so I tasted it. WOW! Closer to insecticide than a spice. Sure glad I hadn't blithely polluted my cooking with it. I rinsed my mouth out, closed the jar and resolved to compost it into the next topsoil mix. But now I'm wondering if it's suitable for garden soil. Maybe a better place would be inside a gopher tunnel out in the forest.

I love cooking with ginger paste. I ordered this because it’s a nice big size. But it tastes “off” to the point that I checked the expiry date. The date was fine. You might want to try a different brand.
