When you get ready to shave the interior part of your JJ use the round head
As advertised no cuts no pain!!!! Absolutely love it “cinnamon” is clean and smooth great quality for the price I’ve been looking for an electric razor for a while I was beyond tired of those stick razor cutting me!!! I love the fact that it comes with a protector and two heads. I have a disability that affects my fine motor skills and this razor accommodates that and it is very easy to hold. The battery charged within an hour. I used the round head to shave cinnamon’s interior and this bad cleaned me right on up hair be gone!!! I am completely bald down there and I love it!!!! I can’t wait to see how it removes on my legs because it definitely removed the hair from cinnamon

The insides of the head keep coming loose
Update March 31 2024: I now have pictures because it finally came loose again and fell apart. This is the small head I refer to in my review that's elaborated below. The first picture shows the section you're meant to hook the white plastic thing you see in the second picture. I circled the points in red to show that the notches do not fit all the way in because the nook has that bit sticking out preventing you from getting the notch all the way in. Because of the lack of space in the nook, you can't lock in the metal plate that shields you from the blades outside, so it just sits there, fully relying on the white plastic piece for security. The metal shield doesn't even have the appropriate notches to lock it in anyway. It has two but they're right next to each other and I haven't found any purpose to them yet.Old review:(I'd say maybe 3.5 stars)I would show what I mean in the title, but then I'd have to struggle for another 15-20 minutes getting it back together. I'm referring to the little circular head, not the larger piece intended for legs and larger areas. Inside of the head, there's three components that keep it together: the shield you see from the outside that prevents the spinning blade from cutting up your skin, and a plastic frame inside that keeps the blade stable and in position. All three of these come loose every now again, mainly when there's a lot of hair build-up. I can tell because the shield will be able to be pressed in, as opposed to resisting any pressure you apply. To fix it, or at least from what I've had to try, you have to make sure the shield is "locked" into position (these little nubs sticking out that incidate where it's meant to rest are merely set into a small depression, you don't twist it under a little nook). Then you place the blade on top, then you put the plastic frame over the blade. There is a sort of nook inside the head here for the plastic frame nubs, but upon further inspection, the nook has something blocking you from getting it all the way in, leaving you with only a fraction of a millimeter to get the nub into the nook to lock it in place. I will be cutting away that bit of plastic to enable a full lock, which will make this item way nicer to own. It's just ridiculous that it's there at all, it looks built in and intended to be a pain in the butt. When this item is "locked in place", it does work well. I use it on my face and the shave is pretty close. I use it in a pinch when I'm too lazy to pluck or shave via a traditional razor. It does heat up kind of quickly so I use it fast. It works well for me. The battery life is good, I haven't charged it in a long time, but granted, I don't use it often. Also, note: for those who might have some kind of hearing sensitivity, the spinning blades make a high pitched whirring sound. It could potentially be irritating, especially if you're shaving close to your ears.Final note: It is made in China, so expect this to be subpar quality.

It works but could def be better
Both attachments work and do the job but can’t seem to get a close shave. I’ve had to go over everything with a razor so get my legs smooth.

Good buy
Great buy for the price, it's not too loud.. waterproof as I used it in and out of the shower. I love the extra attachment heads. Overall good product for a quick and easy baby bottom shave.

DO NOT USE on your chin! NOT PAINLESS!! (Product Returned)
(9/24/23) I mostly wanted to use this on my chin and upper lip. I have a scattering of coarse hairs that sprout along my jawline. Since I want to use it mostly on my face, I tried out the circular head first.Almost immediately I felt a sharp prick as it encountered one of the coarser hairs on my chin. But I moved more slowly and was able to clean up my chin and upper lip fairly well. However, within a few minutes of being finished, the skin along my jawline began to sting sharply. The photo shows the results, 12 hours after shaving with this product. I will say that my upper lip feels fine, but the skin along my jawline still hurts.I'm leaving this at a 3 star rating, for now. I'll let my chin heal, and when those pesky hairs come back, I'll try again with the regular shaving head. I'll do my best to come back with an update. The jury is still out as to whether I return this product, or not.(10/03/23 Edit) Coming back to drop this to a 1 star review. After healing from the razor burn I got the first time, when the chin hairs started to return, I gave this razor one more try using the regular (rectangular) head.I didn't immediately feel as much pain the way I did with the circular head. However, I had to pass over areas more than once to actually get the hair removed. It didn't take long for the pain to start, either. Not only that, but after I was done I realized I was BLEEDING from two different areas!! Just small nicks, but I shouldn't be bleeding AT ALL!!I don't have any pictures of the 2nd time I used this product, primarily because I had remembered I have a bottle of Witch Hazel that works great to soothe and heal razor burn. But I have absolutely zero intention of keeping this product. I have already initiated the return.

Great quality razor and safe to use
The media could not be loaded. I bought this razor for my pre teen daughter for her underarm hair. My wife said it was very easy to use and safe with no problems of ingrown hair growth so far. They are both using it. Thinking of buying another one. The several attachment accessories can make you use it to remove hair from other areas such as facial hair, etc. It is also very easy to clean up after each use. This razor is worth every penny.
