Great, versatile system
I bought this product last spring (the "large" 3-pack) with several uses in mind. In the spring, I covered short rows of cucumbers and broccoli with insect netting to keep the beetles and cabbage worms off - using 3 sticks per hoop, about every 2-3 feet. They looked so good I ended up covering my entire squash bed, an area about 6 feet wide by 20 feet long. These worked really well for that - I was afraid that was too long of a reach, but I did not have any trouble with stability - the cross piece across the top does a great job of providing the rigidity even a large area needs. Great design. The one issue I did have was that that crosspiece stuck out at the ends and worked holes into the netting. My netting was also not super secure at the edges, so all in all, not effective at keeping the squash bugs out - and the netting had to be removed for pollinators once blooms start to form, so not sure it did much good. I disassembled and put it away till fall, when I planted a bunch of cold hardy greens under heavy fabric row cover, this time using these frame pieces between 3-5 feet apart. They worked marvelously! We just had fresh spinach in a salad that I picked yesterday (January 30) from under these little tunnels. Now, 5 foot spacing, even with a crosspiece over the top holding everything together, is really too far if you have any kind of snow or ice load (which is why I'm back on this page considering getting another set). And I did have one plastic stick break - you need to treat them reasonably carefully. I'm also not sure how quickly the UV will deteriorate them - but they've lasted well for this year. I really like this design - it is easy to disassemble, to reconfigure into different lengths based on your current needs, and stores away nicely in a box about the size of a ream of paper if you don't need it. The gloves are super handy for pulling things apart - you do need a good grip. Pliers would work, too, although I haven't needed them. And I've had no trouble at all sticking them down into my Ohio clay soil. All in all, I'm pleased.

Great value
Works good for my raised planter and it also had so many poles and attachments that I used the spare ones to prop up the fence around my water melon patch. They’re sturdy enough once you get the poles in the dirt and the center support pole on but they’re not the most sturdy. A stake attachment for the ends would be a nice update. In conclusion they’re light weight, adjustable for size, super easy to put together, and look great.

Perfect for the scope of my project, good quality tubing
I had a 32” by 17 foot area that I needed to cover, and the pieces in this kit were just enough to do it. 3 pieces for each hoop, four hoops spaced roughly 3.5 feet apart. I wouldn’t have had enough if I didn’t use the fence on the end to eliminate putting a 5th hoop at the end. So a larger kit, or two kits would be best if you want your hoops taller than mine, or more closely spaced together.I used this white fabric folded in half. I did cut the extra length off once I had it up: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08HRYGDH5?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_imageAnd these clips to attach the fabric. They fit perfectly:https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08M3TVW15?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_imageI also used landscape pins that I already had to pin the fabric down around the edges. And clothespins to clip it to the fence. Not sure how well it will hold up, but it’s windy today and so far so good. I suspect the snow will push the fabric down onto the plants, but that should be ok as long as the hoops don’t outright collapse. My aim is to stop my chickens from scratching the mulch out and digging up the plants. They have been fairly destroying this bed since the frost killed off the green stuff in their regular area. Hopefully they won’t try to jump on top of it, because I don’t think it’s sturdy enough for that. But it went together real well and I’m pleased with it. I thought my photos might give someone an idea of how the pieces in this kit can be used. They connect really well. There are crosspiece clips to attach the top spine to each hoop. Those actually pop off too easily, which is why I gave four stars for sturdiness instead of five. But even so, the crosspiece clips are good to have. Even the pair of gloves they give you are helpful when muscling the plastic connectors between the pieces in and out.Good quality product that I would recommend.Edit 1 year later: I love these things. They held up fine to the snow and chickens. In the spring, I took the white cloth off and modified the hoops to make them taller and put bird netting on them. The chickens don’t bother this area at all any more because it’s like a fence they can’t get through.I really like the size and flexibility of this tubing. I can’t find anything like it at big box stores or on line. When it comes back in stock here, I’m planning to buy more to use in other areas. And to replace this one when it breaks. They lasted great for a full year, but the sunlight and weather are affecting them and I don’t know if they will last another whole year. For the price, I am very happy with them.

Not very sturdy
These things snap together, they are plastic and didn't weather very well. They easily tip over and so they don't work very well where I live with the deer, occasional bear, etc. I wouldn't get them again

Very convenient, easy to use, much prefer the connection method
I've used various types, and I FAR prefer the connections on these to the usual kind that have the metal inserts, which fall off easily and make it a pain to connect efficiently. I use these on my 7 raised beds here in Zone 7a in middle TN, only for winter to put over my cover crops, to protect against my cats pooping in the beds! I've seen others say they collapse under extreme heat, and I can't comment on that....yet. We'll see....

Doesn’t hold up in wind or snow
Doesn’t hold up to wind or more than 2 inches of snow. I’ve had this setup for less than a week and it’s completely trashed after a 5 inch snowstorm we had last night. It totally collapsed and the supporting rod is wavy and unable to be straightened. Very disappointing. I knew I should have listened to my gut and figured out a way to get electrical conduit bent for my hoop house instead. This was a waste of time, money, and energy. Not to mention, now I’m adding more plastic to the landfills. I don’t recommend this product

Strong but bendy
These hoops are proving to be pretty dang strong so far!! They have held up through three significant, hard wind storms and haven’t given up or broken. I do wish they didn’t get stuck in the bend so bad though. I have a bit of a lopsided garden bed, but I’m happy they’ve withheld!
