About the Supplement: I love taking magnesium, it is filled with so many different health benefits. This supplement is great because it is filled with so many other herbs which carry their own health benefits as well. I take the recommended 3 capsules every night right before I'm ready for bed, within 20 minutes I'm asleep and I sleep WELL. Since taking these I noticed my rest heart rate at night and decreased and I wake more rested than I ever have. About the Brand: Ancient Nutrition has some of the best and pure products on the market. They have done an amazing thing and utilize natural herbs and spices that we used to consume on a regular basis, but no longer have it available to us due to our diets. Anything from them is well worth the purchase. Pro tip: Don't take this until you are ready to fall asleep, if you take them and stay up watching TV or on your phone, they will not help you sleep. Turn off screens (you should do this anyway), turn off lights, pop the magnesium and close your eyes.

I sometimes react to different forms of magnesium. This magnesium from ancient nutrition does not make me sick to my stomach. Not cause some gastrointestinal upset?

I would definitely recommend this magnesium! When I take this at night, it helps me sleep so much better. I love that it includes Vitamin D in it and that it also has ancient superfoods included. I would recommend this 10 out of 10!
