Decent Repair Kit for GEQ9800PW2, Ultimate Care II Dryer
Backstory; A friend bought this dryer at best buy, and sold it to me for $20. (Apparently there was a dent, and best buy said they wouldn't accept it.) This thing has worked great for ~6 years. However, one day.. the motor stopped turning + wouldn't heat up anymore, even though the control timer ticks. (Note; The thermal cutoff switch next to the motor fan had blown.) Needless to say, I thought it was time to replace the wheels, belt, and pulley.Parts needed;1/4 inch socket or wrench to loosen generic bolts9/16" or 15 mm wrench for pulley nutsPozidrive #2 screwdriver for the bolts on either side of the front cluster...Small needle nose pliers to pull triangle washers off/onT20 Torx to remove 2x bottom door screws (really??)PH2 for 5x bolts for the lint collectorScissorsWhite lithium NLGI #2 grease (optional)#8 by 1/2 inch stainless bolts (optional ... note, my washer used zinc coated steel bolts, so they're slightly oversized... might want to use #9 by 1/4 inch stainless steel bolts instead...)New belt was alot thicker, slightly shorter, and the pulley has a bigger diameter. Meaning with this kit, it will add some more tension to the motor. (Good in my case.)My wheels had about 6 hundredths of a mm of wear, the belt pulley has scoring on the inside, and the same 6/100ths mm of wear.My overall thoughts.. they should have included replacement shafts as well, I read about 1/100th mm of torsional wear on my back wheels. Because this isn't my first rodeo, I put some grease on the shafts.. I'm hoping that will reduce wear on them.Note: My Dryer Drum seal is real bad, and probably contributed to the unit overheating.. might we worthwhile to try scraping it off, and applying a new one on both ends. On my dryer it seems to be Whirlpool part 280114. (You'd have to buy two, only comes with one strip it seems.

easy to install
I ordered this instead of buying just the replacement belt & I'm glad I did. The rollers in the dryer had lint all over them & were so tangled up they couldn't spin. In fact the belt on my dryer was fine, it was the rollers that kept the drum from spinning. I cleaned out all the lint and installed the new parts, probably took 15 mins. Make sure when you put it back together that the wires don't get pinched. I had to repair the wires from the previous repairman. The red wire was melted to the white wire and the black and ground both had bare wire showing. It would have cause the whole dryer to short out, glad I caught it. I would also recommend having some foam weather striping for replacing the deteriorate one that yours will likely have. That's why the lint was all inside the dryer to begin with. The weather striping on my was basically gone.Tools:1/4" socket on a drillFlat headed screwdriverSpray cleanerPaper towels

Cheap alternative to original parts.
Purchased set to replace the rollers in my Maytag 4000 series dryer. After pulling the unit apart, I saw the reason for the grinding sound was the pulley and not the rollers. I decided to replace everything to avoid having to do more work later on. Unfortunately, the rollers did not fit the axles. The originals spun freely but did not wiggle. The replacements were not able to be pressed on more than half way even after grease was applied. I ended up removing the original rollers, cleaning the bearings and regressing, then reinstalling. Issue was resolved but paid for parts I couldn’t use. Pulley and belt were the only parts I used and would have been half the price of this kit.

Noisy Dryer - not anymore
Bought the kit to replace the rollers and belt for my Kenmore Oasis gas dryer. The rollers were installed without issue and its working great so far. We'll see how well they last. I did add lithium grease to the axles to help reduce friction and hopefully extend the life. I was displeased as the belt for the drum was about 8" too short - compared to my original belt, so I couldn't use it. Luckily, my original belt wasn't too worn. If it breaks, then I'll have to buy a new one. Make sure you compare the belt sizes before putting the drum back together. Good luck. Don't be afraid to do the work yourself.

Read instructions to your particular dryer BEFORE trying to remove existing and install new.
This product saved me a lot of $$. If I had to buy new it would have been expensive. If I had someone come repair it same results. You have to read instructions and become familiar with removing and installing parts. After that my dryer is working like new. Plus it gave me an opportunity to totally clean the entire dryer of lint, sand and dirt. The belt was a few inches longer than my old one, but since it is on a tension spring it fit just fine.Definitlet worth the money !!

Tune up kit to get rid of squeaking
This worked for my whirlpool wed5610xw0 dryer. I felt the rollers went on the posts pretty tight, so I added a light wipe of high temp break grease I had lying around. Time will tell if it doesnt like the grease. In the mean time my squeak from the pulley is gone, the belt was not too tight, but the pulley is certainly as far back as I could get it, so there is plenty of space for the belt to relax as it breaks in. It's been two months since install and I'm happy.

Worked with my kenmore 110.87562601 HE2 87562601
I used this to replace drum rollers: - W10314173, belt: 661570v and idler pulley, which I don't have a P/N for on my Kenmore 110.87562601 HE2 87562601 dryer.Have only done a few loads so far and all appears to be good with the dryer.Especially nice to be able to repair this yourself. I consider myself a 2/5 stars on a handyman scale and I was able to do it with minimal swearing and only three or four cuts across my hands and forearms.
