This does the trick fast! I suggest not using the whole recommended amount all at once. It will drop your chlorine and you may have to shock it again and start all over. The second time I used it I separated the amount and slowly dropped the chlorine level. If you have a chlorine feeder turn it off when adding neutralizer or using shock.

I shocked my pool when it got cloudy, and the chlorine levels were way too high, so I bought this to lower them quickly. It dissolved quickly and brought my chlorine down to a safe swimming level. Definitely worth the money and to have on hand for when you really shock your pool or use too much chlorine. Follow the directions, because it doesnt take much. If you have a pool, I would definitely recommend having these on hand.

This stuff really works. My chlorine level was off the charts. I only put half of the 2.5 pounds and my clorine level dropped to the right numbers.Just be careful less is more. Do not over do it. Read the instructions.
