Total Support Gel Shoe Insoles, Women's 9-10.5/Men's 8-9.5

Originally got these for my son when he was wearing size 15. He needed some extra support in a pair of his shoes that wasn’t very comfortable. He likes these insoles a lot. He said they’re comfortable and supportive. I accidentally ordered another pair of these when he moved up to size 16 and he used them anyway. Said they’re comfy in the bigger size shoe as well.

Update 07-06-2025: I still like the insoles themselves but not the fluctuating price. I wanted to subscribe to get them every 4 months but they don’t stay at a stable price so you have to wait for when they are closer to half off the “full” price and order an extra pair. They are great for work boots and last me about four months with standing all day for 8 hours. But they will not magically save old shoes/boots that are just plain worn out, I have tried. Original review: I’ve used these a few weeks now and can report they are excellent insoles. I was skeptical having had bad luck with the generic ‘grocery store’ gel insoles. These Spenco ones have very good arch support, which I didn’t know I needed, as I’d been experimenting lately of using just plain flat insoles. I used to use some plastic othotics but could never get them to fit right in my current work shoes. The gel arch support seems to be enough without being uncomfortable. At first they feel lumpy, but after a day or so they feel normal. I am on my feet for approximately 7.5 hours a day at work and have tested these for weeks. My feet are still tired but not sore at days end, especially in the balls of the feet. I thought the gel might not provide enough forefoot padding being so thin, but they do. No pain there like with some previous insoles. These insoles do NOT feel like you are walking on clouds or marshmallows, they are quite flat, and feel flat, though with some arch support. But they do provide support that is needed and in a low profile. They have worked well in two different pairs of low top work shoes, that have firm outsoles. I didn’t even have to trim them either, I wear 11.5 Mens US shoe size. Hopefully they last a few months at least, but I ordered a second pair while on sale after using the first pair a few days. They are worth trying out, I was skeptical but so far think they are good, and not overpriced.

These insoles are very comfortable. Would I say the absolute best? Unfortunately, no. But comparatively from other spencos I've used in the past, these have stood the test of time (7 month period between purchases). On top of that, I still found these to be supportive in the way I needed, which was simply cushion support on concrete flooring. The wear points on the right pair show no sign of wearing thin between where my toe would be and the sole of the shoe. Still very plush and plenty of material left. Take the plunge and buy these, you won't regret it!

These shoe insoles are GREAT they are durable they don’t kill my feet like other insoles do I love these the only negative point I have with this is the fabric thats on top tends to separate from each other and as far as I know you don’t sell glue that can glue these together.

My college kid has me reorder these as needed. He walks campus a lot, hours of marching band practice, and tours with another marching band which often requires 8-hour practice days - much of it marching drills. These are his preferred inserts.

Got these for my wife and son because they do a lot of standing at work, my son tells me they are the difference between being able to walk home after a shift or not and my wife loves them to, her only complaint is they are so thick they make her feet hot, but she is looking forward to the winter

It’s very hard for me to find inserts big enough for my shoes (I am size 15) so honestly that’s the first thing I look for. These are big — so big that I actually had to trim them a bit. I would guess they’d fit a 16-16.5 at a pinch. That being said, I am on my feet all day on hard floors and I have knee osteoarthritis and chronic compartment syndrome in one leg. These insoles seem to help at least a bit with both conditions — if they don’t heal, they at least don’t exacerbate the conditions. I also believe that the OEM insoles in most shoes die before the shoe in toto is worthless; for the price, these simply make good sense. I will buy more.
