These really help with stretching my back. I am anxious to use them for yoga and stretching more as time goes.

This set of yoga wheels is well made, strong as advertised, and performs as well as the plexus wheels I have previously used. I have just received and used the product so can’t opine on durability, but I expect to enjoy them for many years.As to pain relief, this is very subjective. Fir me, I feel safe using it and believe it is helping to keep my back healthy and flexible.

I'm particularly fond of the middle-sized wheel, which I now use almost daily. It's just the right size for my entire spine and provides significant relief from the daily tension of working at my desk.

Just received my Cyan set in the mail. Shipping was the fastest I have ever had with amazon. Wheels are in great condition and there was no off-gassing from the foam or plastic. I am so happy I ordered the set as it will take me some time to build up my strength to do a bend over the largest wheel. With major spinal issues, I have tried many different balls and foam rollers to help me stretch and crack my back. The first time my back cracked between my fusion site and felt amazing! I haven't been able to move that area for years!! Very happy with my purchase and excited to work on the stretches more over the coming months.I went to the website to download the Yoga Wheel Guide but ran into some issues. Sent an email to customer service on UpCircleSeven's website and got a reply within an HOUR!!! This is so atypical and absolutely wonderful! Very pleased with the customer service and prompt reply. Justin (customer service agent) was polite and quickly sent the wheel guide to me.The wheels feel sturdy and clearly well thought out design. The curved sides make it easy and comfortable to hand onto. No slipping at all and the foam was not too thick or too thin. Plus the color is beautiful and looks nice just sitting on a bookshelf for storage.

The wheels have been great. I have been incorporating them in my everyday yoga practice. Very sturdy and durable. Great product!

The wheel has helped me ease back tension in the stretch as well as help pop my back.

I have not used as much as I would like and I need to get more instruction but so far so good!The Yoga Wheel Set came with a coupon for a Free Yoga Strap. I contacted the company to redeem. They responded asking for my address but never sent it. Go Figure.

Compre el producto por dolores de espalda y cuando los use quede maravillada de lo agradable que se siente usarlo. Sus tres permiten que no importe la estatura solo el equilibrio al momento de practicar yoga con las ruedas o un ligero masaje a la espalda. Se los recomiendo, en especial a las personas como yo que estamos mucho tiempo sentados frente a una computadora.

These things are awesome, I was originally looking to get the chirp wheels but I saw a fair number of negative reviews concerning delivery and customer service. These ones are just as good in my opinion and have really helped my sore back from sitting at a desk. My whole family loves using them!
