The click on top is broken after first time I put the papers in. Since I already installed it, I did not want t go through the trouble of returning and replacing. It can still be open with a pen or screw driver. A little bit inconvenient but okay I guess. No problem with dispensing the paper seat covers.

Instructions were super easy to assemble and refills are a breeze. The best part is the lever pulls one every time!

This is probably the flimsiest product I have ever seen. If I could give a zero star I would have done it. The product came broken out of the box and I returned it, but I can see why it broke from the factory itself. If you even breath on it this P O S thing will fall apart. It is such a shame because the design itself is nice, being able to cleanly dispense one seat cover at a time. Not as messy as the conventional type dispensers. Properly made with durable materials it could be a winner. However, they made it in paper thin cheap plastic that will break if you look at it the wrong way.

Easy to use and specifics matches to the T. Only issue is that it was slightly dirty. Which is ok for I think it was just dust

I place this Dispenser in my shop bathroom very nice everyone comment on it this made them feel like they were in a Hotel.
