Makes a decent sized meat pie. My hot water crust just slips out when done. I like the so much I was just about to get another set but the price doubled in the last ten days. Very bizarre. They're nice pans but not worth an unjustified price hike.

I make bread dough and keep it in the fridge for up to about one week. Whenever I want to make small bread loaves I just take out as much dough as I need for each pan , let it raise I then bake them at 370 F on the Airfryer setting for about 20 mins in the Airfryer. This is great for a single person as you can bake one loaf at a time. I have a Ninga Airfryer with 2 drawers and two of these pans with fit in each drawer , so you can bake 4 loaves at a time if needed. The pans are sturdy and I do brush them with a tiny bit of oil but that may not even be necessary.
