Life saver and $ saver for my customer
Handrails were loose at a few joints and main newel posts. Did have to make a slight bend to tighten one bolt near a baluster. Fantastic!

Worth every penny in saved aggravation!!
It allowed me to actually tighten the rail bolts with ease.Without this wrench, it was impossible to get up into the 1 inch hole with a regular 1/2 in wrench to tighten the bolts.I could not have completed the job without it!!If there is any criticism at all it is that I could not get it sooner.

Works well after you file away excess metal.
I bought this wrench to tighten nuts on rail bolts. The average every day wrench will not work in these tight spaces. Unfortunately, this wrench is not totally finished and, as a result the width is not uniform. See attached photo to see what I mean. This meant that, while in the case of two of the three nuts I wanted to tighten the wrench worked fine, in the third one, the thicker part of the wrench prevented me from getting the wrench around the nut in the tight space. Two minutes with a file removed the excess metal so that the wrench now fit in the space for the third nut and I was able to tighten it. The wrench as modified by me would merit five stars. The fact that I had to take a file to it reduces my rating to four stars.

Best invention ever!
Best tool you'll ever need to work on stair railings. Price it on various websites selling staircase supplies, you'll be happy you bought it here & saved money!

Got the job done
The tool helped me get the job done. Great for driving on the bolt and putting on the nut with the rubber band, however it was still difficult to tighten the nut in the confined space. I ended up grinding the tool off just below the socket so that there was a bit more leeway for turning. I was then able to accomplish the task. The tool is durable enough, but not amazing.

Poor quality
For the price of this tool my thought I was purchasing a well made tool. When I received the tool I notice it was not the same brand. On the tool it says universal building system and made in Taiwan very cheap made tool. It only lasted on just one nut. Let me explain this problem, after I felt the tension on the nut I turned it 3 more times and on the fourth the tool slip on the nut like one tooth on the tool slip and after that it went downhill, and also I noticed the tool bent , so it just means it’s a very soft metal, I could not use this tool any longer . I would not recommend purchasing this tool. The company is using cheap metal and putting a hefty price on it. Amazon should stop selling this tool on their website, this tool gets a one star
