I used it 4 times. For the first 3 times it was okay but the fourth time I had burns over my legs and arms using the same settings. I am really disappointed . I want to return it . I know the return window is closed but Is there any way?

Doesn't work! Been using this for 3 months now giving it a fair chance. Underarm hair are still growing. Using it twice a week even.

After trying for years to remove unwanted body hair in too many ways, I decided to take the plunge and I bought this laser hair removal device 4 months ago. Took a few uses to really understand how to use it well. (You must read the directions carefully and completely. They are a wee confusing at first but a few reads and it will sink in.) At this point I can honestly say I am really pleased with the results. Before, I could get clean shaven by any other means and within days the stubble was back. Now, it had been two weeks since I was clean shaven and there was very little stubble. I barely had to shave anything before using this device. I can see going for fairly long periods between shaves down the line. All in all it has been the best money i’ve spent on hair removal products.I highly recommend this device to anyone who like the smooth feel.

Used it for 2 months now and there are much less hair grown back. Thanks to this product I can wear tank top to the beach now. I wasted so much money on other products before and none of them works nearly as good. I don’t know how others get skin burns in the reviews. I have fair skin and dark brown hair. Used it on level 4, worked like a charm! Hair gets so much lighter and doesn’t grow back as much starting the 3rd week. I say follow the instructions and you will get the same result as I do.

So far, looks good! I’ve tried it a few times (it takes up to 8 weeks per manual) The instructions are clear. It’s lightweight and easy to use. Just prep your skin, put on the glasses that are included and use the device as instructed. It seems to be working! Definitely worth it for the money compared to paying to have it done.

So far so good! I've only done a few treatments so will see on long term results. But right now I love it! I was worried it would be hard to use, but it has been really easy. Very user friendly. Easy to grip and do trigger. Very compact and easy to tell when it has goNE off. Great great product !
