My first package arrived unsealed and empty. After a call to Amazon, the issue was resolved, and another order was sent immediately. Inside the plastic mailing bag, the music notes were secured in a sturdy, flat box which kept them intact during shipping. The notes added just the right touch to my cakes, and they can be reused for another occasion. I was very pleased with this product.

Looks great on a cake! I wish I would have taken a picture of my husband's birthday cake. These items are fun and fabulous and really made the cake the centerpiece of our music themed birthday party.

The photo in the ad shows a square cake, and these decorations look as though they are a good size to place across a good-sized cake. They are not large at all. The largest part that goes on top of the cake is 5" long, and the smaller staff and notes are barely 2" tall. The package I received is missing pieces. In addition the top part and smaller staff and notes, my kit came with 6, plastic sticks that are about 4" tall and 1 that is a little under 6" tall. No instructions came with this, and it's missing the pieces shown that wrap around the cake. I am returning it.
