blade is of good quality, the angels are all right, and the width is great. They also are flexing nicely, so that is all great. However, where the blade meets the handle, the manufacturer chose to leave a gap. That makes the whole design a bit more wobbly but most importantly, water will get in into the handle whether it is being washed by hand or by dishwasher. Before you use it, make sure to dry the handle out...

These are great offset spatulas! They make it easy to do a crumb coat on layer cakes then add your regular coat of frosting. They're sturdy and leave a nice smooth surface. Very comfortable to hold. Thought I was getting the wood handles but received the all metal ones. At first I was disappointed but after using them for awhile, I've decided I actually like the all metal ones better. I think they'll last longer, especially if you put them in the dishwasher. Overall very pleased with this purchase and would recommend these if you need spatulas for frosting your homemade cakes or cupcakes.

I love these spatulas. I've recently just gotten back into cakes and the stainless steel handles on these iare great. They are easy to hold and easy to clean! I can tell they are very durable. The spatula is wider than some which I love. It makes it great for spreading buttercream. Will definitely get a few more just to have extras.

I make "raw crackers" which are actually just dehydrated instead of baked (to keep all the natural enzymes in tact = gut health) and I also have arthritis so it's hard to hold and spread the conventional way. This makes spreading out the dough so easy and effortless. Highly recommend! And love that you get two sizes, which has come in very handy.
