Perfect fit / serves their purpose
These gloves are perfect for what they are designed for! Beware the reviewers that say they are too snug. I have fairly large hands for a woman and these fit perfectly with more than enough room for adjustment. The holes for the thumbs are SUPPOSED to be fitted so they are not sliding around and the weight isn't flopping around. Anyone who has experience with contact sports where taping and gloves are required will agree that they should be snug. Most likely these will seem uncomfortable to someone who is unfamiliar with how they should fit. They arrived quickly, are good quality, and fit perfectly! Highly recommend!! I also like that the fingers are not individually wrapped. Used for kenpo/mmx/body combat workouts and they were just the right amount of weight!

A bit awkward with Smart Watch
I've used these 2 mornings with Kelly Coffey-Meyer workouts. The first was Boxing+Legs and the second was Cardio+Boxing. The first day I put my watch on after the gloves so it was above my wrist and I could see it to start the timer and look at it to see how long I'd been working out. This morning I started the timer and then put the glove on over the watch. Both felt a bit awkward, but the second method was slightly more comfortable, although I'm used to being able to see how long I've been working out. Both methods didn't seem to hinder heart rate or step count readings. Overall they're mostly comfortable and don't impede or slow my movements. I can utilize hand weights and a kettlebell while wearing them. They're not so heavy that I feel worn out but I'm burning a few more calories, hopefully. I've only used them twice so can't attest to their durability. They seem well made and should hold up. I'm only using the wrist velcro while leaving the palm ones in place. I slide my hind in, palm up, insert my thumb in the hole and then pull the wrist strap to the desired tightness on the velcro.

Feel nice and in dance my workout!
Right off the bat I really love these gloves. They fit well and are easy to put on. I hope that they give me several months worth of wear. I will update my review to let you know how they hole up for durability. But so far, they seem quality, and worth the money! Also on the plus side they come in a small bag with a drawstring.

Fit is a bit odd, also not super durable, but good value
From the other reviews, it seems like the fit on these gloves is a hit or miss and people are complaining about them being small. Me, I have somewhere between average to small sized hands for a woman, but these gloves fit a bit too big. I've been using them EXTENSIVELY to make shadowboxing routines significantly more strenuous while stuck at home during the COVID-19 outbreak. They've been a lifesaver in that sense, very useful while working out to Billy Blanks videos or playing Fitness Boxing on my Nintendo Switch (it took me some getting used to holding the joycons while using these gloves, FYI, but it's doable). However, as they fit big on me, I've been running into issues with the weights bouncing against the back of my hands while throwing punches (especially hooks and uppercuts). Working out an hour a day, this has turned my hands slightly raw. Mind you though, my hands are quite delicate and also prone to drying out (which doesn't help), so I've been using unweighted padded mma gloves underneath these as a remedy in my case. However, this a bit annoying and makes my hands feel like they're "overdressed" while working out. The gloves are also starting to show some obvious wear after 3 weeks of intense use. All-in-all though, a good investment for right now. I can't wait to get back to my martial arts studio and hit a bag or work with a partner as opposed to punching and kicking air :).

Good for small hands
I was looking for weighted gloves similar to the Tae Bo Power gloves. These are designed almost identically. Pros: I like the weight: they are just heavy enough to get a deep burn during MMA style workouts. They are snug, and they don't jostle or ride up no matter how fast or hard I throw punches. I've only had them a few days, so I can't speak to the durability, but they feel well-made. Thick fabric, good stitching. Cons: The thumb holes (not adjustable) are rather small and leave deep impressions even after short workouts. I have small hands and thin fingers, so this was surprising to me. My old Tae Bo gloves were always on the loose side. I am assuming that the fabric will stretch out over time with use/heat/sweat, so it's not quite a deal breaker for me. Caution: these gloves are indeed for small hands.

Comfortable gloves, fit the bill.
These are great gloves. I have never used weighted gloves before, but had read reviews for different styles, always complaining about fit. That was one of the reasons I chose these gloves. Because of their unique construction, they fit nicely. I am a woman with average size hands, and with the soft, flexible fabric, plus the two Velcro closures, I was able to get a snug fit, with little to no shifting, no chaffing, and great comfort. I wore them through one of Cathe Friedrich's kickbox DVDs which included cardio, and they felt great. Even at the end, with sweaty hands there was minimal shifting (only due to the pound of material in each glove). The weight (1 pound each glove) for me was just right, enough to keep the workout hard, but not impossible.
