ATIVAFIT Foldable Exercise Bike 8 Resistance Levels F-Bike

I was advised by my GP following some heart issues that I needed to up my exercise levels. She suggested an exercise bike. I am not a gym guy & didn’t want a spin cycle or to spend too much money. I needed something simplistic that would meet my needs. This is the best bit of kit that I have ever purchased at a price that provides excellent value for money. It is sturdily built and yet easy to assemble if you take your time & follow instructions. The 8 ranges of difficulty easily provide sufficient challenge and the monitor appears accurate on all counts including heart rate. I couldn’t be more happy with this purchase & would highly recommend this exercise bike to those needing to undertake more exercise without spending excessively. Well done Ativafit!

I had been searching for a decent priced exercise bike for some months. I had found one that I wanted to purchase on another warehouse-style online store, which was cheaper than this one, but in their usual fashion they hiked the price up by 100% so I decided to shop around. I found this bike and scrolled through the reviews and thought this would be a good investment. It was a bonus that there was a 10% offer at checkout for the bike - so I was chuffed even before it arrived! It arrived the very next day. It was packaged very well, with bubble wrap and polystyrene bricks (not quite sure what their actual term is, but we'll run with it) keeping all the parts secure. I'll be honest, I've been wanting an exercise bike for years but have dreaded the thought of putting one together, and I had the same thought for this thing, especially after reading a review saying that it would be best if you had your own spanner...which would prove difficult for someone like me whose toolkit extends to the little screwdrivers you get from Christmas crackers! Unboxing all the components was straight forward and it was a delight to find out that the majority of the hard work had been done for me, and all I needed to do was finish the puzzle. The instructions were clear, although did point out parts that were already built so that was probably unnecessary but all in all clear instructions and all parts were detailed. For £97.99 I wasn't expecting much, but I was quite surprised. The overall quality is great. The build was smooth and straightforward and took me no more than 30 minutes. The allen key and spanner provided worked well and did the job - so thankfully I didn't need to ask my neighbour for any other tools! My only advice would be when installing the handlebars, make sure that the monitor's wires aren't in the way of the screw hole as I nearly screwed right through mine but realised in good time! The bike is very sturdy, which I was quite shocked at, I can't lie! The pedals just screw right in with no tools needed. As with all bikes, the seat is rather uncomfortable, but they aren't designed for comfort, and this is a comment which would go for any bike! I would rate this 5/5 stars, however the only thing that lets it down is the monitor. That again is easy to install, needing only 2 x AAA batteries, and clipping in the wires to the ones already on the bike. It's quite hard to see the screen of the monitor as it's quite dark, and I've found I can only see it clearly if I shine my phone's torch on it or if I lean right back, which isn't ideal. However, for £97.99, I can live with shining my phone on the screen. There are 8 resistance levels and they all switch seamlessly into one another with a simple turn of the knob. I was worried that the resistance wouldn't be great, but it's really amazing. All in all a brilliant bike for a fantastic price. Quick and easy to build. Unfortunately the monitor does drop a star due to the fact it is hard to see it as it appears very dimmed and dark but other than that this bike is damn near perfect. Would highly recommend!

We bought it to help us get fitter. It's a transformation. Easy to fit together , sturdy and the different levels make for a good work out. Very pleased with it.

Fab bike So easy to put together as instructions are clear Just had ten minutes work out on this and it’s easy to use. Best one I’ve had and the price was good too

Excellent value . Very strong , folding bike. Comfortable seat. Easy to read settings , distance , calories etc . This one relaces my very old, well uses bike. I am absolutely delighted with this one . Very quick delivery. Would highly recommend this bike .

Cheap and that's nice But you feel it too Good for my purposes

This was very easy to assemble and much sturdier than I thought it would be based on the value price that I paid. It’s perfect to stick in the living room in front of the TV while you work out your knee. I had a recent knee replacement and this helped me with mobility and flexibility. It’s easy to collapse and move to another room. Very lightweight.

als erster mal ein Vorwort zu dem Gerät und deren Ansprüche man hierzu hat. Es ist zu den Vergleichsprodukte in der Preisklasse ein Top Gerät. Erwartet man zuviel sollte hier letztlich auch auf ein Gerät zurückgeriffen werden was beim Preis in einer anderen Liga spielt. Für meine Anwendungszwecke ist das somit vollkommen ausreichend! Verpackung und Versand Das X-Bike kommt gut verpackt und wie alles was bei Amazon bestellt wird in einer kurzen Lieferzeit. Alle Bauteile waren gut geschützt und somit ohne Beschädigungen oder Kratzer. Die Montage ging zügig und leicht von der Hand. Die Schrauben sind bereits an jedem Bauteil vormontiert. Somit fällt die Suche nach den richtigen Schrauben weg. Das spart Zeit und Nerven. Die Monate ist zudem Selbsterklärend ch werde den Hometrainer weiter von Zeit zu Zeit nutzen. Er lässt sich auch gut zusammenklappen und verstauen und ist schnell wieder aufgestellt. Die individuelle Widerstandseinstellung ermöglicht, die optimale Belastung beim Hometrainer Fahren zu wählen

Pros: 1. The machine ratings are pretty accurate. I am 6'0 with a 30" inseam and I have no problems sitting on this machine. The 300 lb max rating seems accurate as well, because I don't feel in danger at all with no squeaking from the machine as I ride it. 2. Ease of assembly. I had absolutely none of the problems any of the complaints I've read about for this product. From start to finish, there are 11 screws, 1 adjustment knob, 1 safety pin, 2 pedals (1 is turn left to tighten) and 2 AAA batteries (not included) to put the whole thing together. 3. The structure of the machine is made out of metal, and even though it may look flimsy because of the X form it takes, the support bar under the seat provides much of the weight bearing and you won't find yourself breaking the bike as you ride it. 4. Ease of use. You don't need to push any buttons or subscribe to a service or twist all these different knobs or connect to a phone to get started. Literally just start pedaling and adjust the resistance knob to your liking. 5. Large pad between the handlebars for a tablet. I can easily fit a 10" tablet on this and it does not slip or move at all during cycling. Since I watch TV while exercising this isn't really a useful feature for myself but for those who keep the machine somewhere with no visual distraction this is useful. 6. The bars and important parts are made of a hard plastic. Easy to wipe down and does not wear with use like a rubber/foam bar would. Cons: 1. The seat is not comfortable. Maybe for women who don't have hanging parts this would not be an issue but you definitely feel discomfort after about 30 minutes of cycling as a male. I alleviated this by adding a towel and scooting forward on the seat just a couple inches than I would naturally sit on a bike seat. 2. The dinky little meter that comes with the bike is as basic as it gets. I don't need a high-tech display that tells me what's happening, but some might and this would be a con. I just alternate between distance/time and don't really care for the heart rate or any other setting. 3. No water bottle holder. You will need to either hold it in your lap or keep a table next to you if you require water during your workout. 4. No adjustable parts besides the seat and wheel resistance. The handlebars require you to lean forward and keep that position for the entire workout unless you sit up and just bike that way, which eliminates the use of the heart rate sensors. Conclusion: Buy this if you want to burn calories. In this day and age everybody can burn a few more calories, especially while sitting around and watching TV. You can easily do that and not worry about a gym membership or spending thousands of dollars on niche equipment that you probably wouldn't use correctly anyway.

Livreur très bien, il a accepté d'emmener le colis dans mon appartement car colis assez lourd. Pour le montage, Je suis une femme seule et pas très bricoleuse mais j'ai pu le faire en moins d'une heure. Vélo très beau, qui ne fait pas de bruit lors de l'utilisation et facile d'utilisation. Je le recommande, franchement moi qu'il est acheté sans vraiment de conviction, je voulais faire de l'exercice, je suis ravie et je l'utilise. Je vous le recommande
