After years of using these crappy Phillips Norelco clippers and trying to use my parent's ear shattering Conair clippers, I finally decided I had enough of Chinese made junk and bought these made from my homestate Illinois. + They're super quiet. With the bathroom door closed you probably won't even hear them in the other room. My mom's conair sounds like a dang weedwacker and I would have to wear earplugs to use them. + The comb is actually really nice and sturdy. I was expecting some cheap flimsy piece of junk. + TONS of oil and accessories. The oil will probably outlast me given how little you really need to use. + Super sharp and buzzes through hair like a hot knife through butter. No pulling or anything. + Has a really nice weight to it and maneuvers great. - For the price, I get we're getting a quality unit, but some sort of carrying case or hard case would have been nice for home use/storage. Wouldn't have added that much to the price. I cut up the plastic tray sides that was in the box to fit it in my drawer. - This is one just nitpicking, but the unit doesn't get hot, just warm. It is warm enough to make your hands sweat a little bit. It would have been nice instead of using a chrome smooth style finish on the shell, if they would have put texture in it to get a better grip without worrying about your fingers sliding. Overall, I'm happy with them. I'll update if anything changes.

Very efficient. Quiet. SHARP. Not like to use with even shortest guide. Yet, if use just bare blae? Be careful. Will cut slightly. Yet, this is what I like.

This item was DEFECTIVE. Because it was outside of the return window (I cut my sons hair and it stopped working after the 8th haircut) they wouldn't allow a return. I contacted the seller, THIS SELLER DOES NOT REPLY. I contacted Amazon, they stated they would refund through A to Z. The next day I got a message that it does NOT fall under the A to Z program, no further options.

I have cut hair on and off for years. I have broken and worn down multiple sets of clippers These seem to be the sharpest right out of the box clippers I have ever owned. It didn't come with a bag or case which seemed odd because cheaper whal brands come with cases. But the motor is a mediem volume and the sharpness has held.

So far it works. I had to turn up the power setting a bit. Other than that its fine. Does not cut that close to skin. However, its close enough for me to shave the rest.

Worked great for 1 year and 4 months but it started making a clicking sound last week. The sound seems as though it’s going to dysfunction so I had to stopped using it. Don’t want to risk any issues when using it on someone’s hair.

Aqui em casa a gente tinha uma Wahl que durou mais de 10 anos e há uns 5 anos meu irmão comprou outra. Eu acabei deixando ela cair e quebrar, só assim para ela parar de funcionar. Mesmo sem manutenções tão frequentes ela durou bem. Comprei essa há aproximadamente um mês e já usei ela umas 4 ou 5 vezes e estou muito satisfeito com a qualidade dos cortes, a robustez da máquina e sua qualidade. Acredito que ela durará uns bons anos também com uso cuidadoso e manutenções pontuais. Acredito que justifica o preço também.
