The snap caps work very well. I’m very pleased with them. Delivery quick and snap caps fit well, perform well and are quality. Extra set of firing pins was a nice bonus. This is my second set and will continue to buy them when needed.

Cycles perfectly in my Benelli SuperNova pump. Great for practicing racking the slide, reloading and trigger pulls (especially with the price of ammo these days), though of course you don't have the fun of the "bang!" They're aluminum, and the extractor does leave small marks on the rim, but I've probably run the two of them through a couple hundred times each and they still work fine. These should be considered as "expendable" or "consumable" (you can only reload casings a certain number of times, too, of course) but I'm happy with the purchase. I paid full price for these with my own money, so this is my honest opinion given without any remuneration.

I continue to use several sidelock shotguns crafted before WW1. Dry firing is an absolute no-no with these old guns. The dead caps on these snap caps are super easily replaced, come with spares should they ever require changing. Well thought out solution reasonably priced, and far preferable to releasing hammer tension with the recevier against your workbench or horn striker.

Solid aluminum with a spring loaded plunger not just a plastic fake primer. They are supposed to last 10,000 strikes and they even come with replacement plunger (primers) and springs. With this kind of life expectancy I'll lose the replacements long before I need them! Solid metal means there is no plastic rim that your extractor can tear up. They should last forever unlike many of the plastic ones. For what you get the price is more than fair.

Can’t say that there’s anything I dislike about this brand of snap caps. What I like about this company is they’ve included replaceable primers. Who knows when the original ones will give out but for the price I think it’s a great deal. I’ll say I haven’t had them long, but my initial impression so far is I’ll be coming back for more in the future. I’ve tried other brands and I think these are for the win. Great product, I hope they hold up for some time.
