I"m not sure as it was a gift, but the blankets I've ordered before have been true to the described size.

How much does it weigh?

Not sure what it weighs, but I guarantee it will keep you warm at night... Even in Glacier National Park. Excellent quality.

What size is the full?

My son and daughter in law use the full/queen blanket on their queen size bed. They enjoy it very much.

Does the blanket have stripes on top and bottom?

Yes and they have the same rich color from either side.
