I love all the ABC See, Hear, Do books and this one does not disappoint. I have a very kinesthetic learner who struggles with reading. These books have given us a way to learn using our bodies to move and I have seen such big growth for him! I am also using this series for my 3 year old, who now knows all 26 sounds and can spell his name! We are excited to incorporate the sight word book into our daily routine!

I love this book! Best purchased book to get my 4 year old to learn sight words. He officially learned the 24 sight words in this book.

A clever twist on sight word flash cards, each page has a sight word with a cute monster and a motion that corresponds. There are also review pages. My 5 year old was definitely into the adorable characters. The website has great ideas of games you can play once you teach your child the motions. My favorite was placing all the flash cards on the ground and doing a kind of musical chairs. Freeze and read the sight word. Adding a kinesthetic component really sets this apart from other Learn to read books.

Recently, my daughter was diagnosed with hearing difficulties and delayed speech, I felt completely overwhelmed! I had read the research and knew what was needed for a three-year-old, however, was struggling to find the materials to complement evidence-based practice. Through the 'ABC See, Hear, Do' books and resources we have been able to provide her with a fun environment full of literacy, through hands-on experiences, visual cues, and fun. A natural and developmentally appropriate way to learn. Introducing each sound with visual cues has been a great introduction to our play-based approach. THANK YOU!

This is such an awesome resource for learning sight words! The monsters are so fun! It is really engaging and motivating for my kids, they have fun while learning! My kids love it, they are learning to read some words already. It is such a great addition to the other books in her series! Im so happy, I highly recommend you get yours for your little one who is starting to learn to read.
