This is awesome for big families, can cook huge meals!
Love how easy it is to cook in. How light weight and easy it is to clean. The pan is great use it to cook meals in every night! I love this pan so much i buy two!

Awful Quality - A Sad Surprise from IMUSA -
As a huge fan of the IMUSA brand products, I really wanted to love this pan. Unfortunately, it was not to be. After the very first use, the coating began to peel and flake even while using plastic utensils. The metal is so uncharacteristically thin for IMUSA products, I questioned if it was a real IMUSA product. I hate that I had to send it back and give a negative review, especially not knowing for certain about it authenticity. That being said, if you're new to IMUSA products, don't let this pan ruin the brand for you. If you give them another chance, try their cast aluminum caldera. It has the performance of cast iron at 1/4 of the weight and you can even season it like cast iron. Too bad this pan couldn't live up to the expectations I have become used to from IMUSA.

This was a present for my daughter. She a good cook and i got to taste the finished product YUM!!!! Good buy and good price.

A nice produt - you must have a large burner to use it effectively.
This pan is much wider than my burner's gas flame. The material (probably steel) gets too hot to pick up with your bare hands but NOT hot enough to spread the heat to all the contents. With a home sized burner (7"), you'll heat the center of the pan much more than the rest of the bottom. Recommended for a large burner (use hot pads to handle it). NOT recommended for burners with flames like mine.

Good quality
I had a smaller pan like this one that I loved, but thought I must have left it at someones house. Could not find. I received this pan; and it is a really nice pan but a little too large for most purposes. Than I located my smaller pan. But I am keeping the larger one because I am sure I will use it at some point.
