After just 4 days, it does seem to be settling my digestive tract. I am having a hard time getting used to the taste in my mouth however - sort of a smell of wet grass and cows, almost methane-y, that begins about an hour after I take the pill. I need to drink extra water or have a mint to get past it. If we could capture my breath we might have a way to solve the world's energy problems.

I spent the last month living out of a hotel and my digestion is completely off so I thought I would give this a try. It's only the first day, but first off I only took one this morning as directed. No bad taste, easy to swallow, no burping nasty flavors, and no stomach rumblings. I am running a Marathon this weekend, so this is my Carb load week which I tend to start getting cravings from indulging myself, but I noticed by 930 (when I normally drink my protein smoothie) that I still wasn't hungry and by lunch time, my cravings were still completely gone and I was completely full after a can of soup. So I was not expecting the added bonus of an appetite suppressor!

It only lists 2 types of probiotics... The effect was negligible to non-existent. Perhaps better for people who want a lighter probiotic - after a month of antibiotic therapy, it just wasn't returning enough of the "good" gut flora fast enough for me. 2 stars - it would have made three, but after some review of other probiotic therapies, I see that this one has pretty much the least amount of probiotic types in it. It was easy to swallow, and not badly priced.

I cannot write enough about how much I love these probiotics. The description you have posted on Amazon is exactly true.I would recommend these to anybody, and I just did to my neighbor who was having trouble picking out a probiotic. I told herthat she would be very happy with these. JanC

Not a bad product, just don't think it's any better than other products for me. Everyone's system is different.

I am liking this probiotic so far! I was taking two a day while I was on some strong antibiotics for an infection and these probiotics seemed to help my stomach a lot (normally my stomach gets very upset from antibiotics). Now back to taking one per day - all is well!

The product was expensive and did nothing after consistent use. I purchased another probiotic product for much less that worked flawlessly. I saw the reviews on this product and believed in its ability to handle light...I mean light digestive issues from vegetables, beans, etc and absolutely no change in symptoms. Very disappointing.

I will always buy this product. It works so well for me.
