Good product, I've used it for 5 months with my 3 month old German Shepherd and he loves it. It just breaks a little but that's normal with bite sleeves. And this is good for puppy's 4-12 months of age.

While she didn’t bite completely through, she definitely tore it up. I would recommend it again for the price, but just be aware that at least the first layer will get ripped up.

This has worked so well in training my own personal protection dog. The material is strong and durable and the price was fantastic.

I got one use out of the sleeve before she started to break through the fabric and destroy the velcro strap. By use number two she had created more holes/tares with her teeth and tugged the sleeve and the stitching came undone just from the pressure of my arm pulling up as she was pulling down and back.With that being said, I was NOT able to feel any contact that was made with the sleeve. I fully trust that I won't feel the full pressure of our belgian malinois bite, but I feel the STITCHING should have been more heavy duty.

This was my 1 year old Malinois' first bite sleeve. With no hesitation, she knew exactly what it was for. The material is sturdy. The internal handle seems to be secured well. The added padding is a little too big for her right now, so we haven't used it. Viper has already ripped one of the stitches out, but I don't think that will make much of a difference for a while. She's not a working dog, or a schutzhund dog, or a protection dog. This is another tool we're using to burn some energy and allow her to use her teeth for what they were intended for. For what we need it for, it's perfect. For young dogs, it's probably great. For a working dog or competition use, it's probably not what you're after. Viper and I love it.

Cheaply made. I’ve used this a bit an my dog is very good with not grabbing like the front an stuff occasionally she will but I didn’t expect it to be so cheaply made that my dog would rip through it on the maybe 4th time she’s ever grabbed into the front of it. I take high pride in my dog I work her out all the time. Jaw exercises an all full body. But this definitely does not cut it save your money. Cause if mine does that it could definitely be dangerous for someone with a more powerful dog my hand could’ve slipped out an been severally injured because of this product save your money an buy a strong sturdy one. I’m very dissatisfied.

This is a great bite sleeve, I just started training my two puppies and they LOVE it!!! It is awesome for the price. It is still in one piece for the moment. The sleeve is two pieces, that can be separated from one another. The bigger inside sleeve has a handle on the inside. The outer has a handle on the outside. Which is nice it makes it easier to grip. It maybe not be as tough as the really high dollar items, but this one has made it through the first few days with my Malinios, so I think that's say'in something! I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend this to others.

I have a pitbull/Labrador mix after the 1st time I used it was done. It's not mean for dogs with strong bite force. My dog tore it apart very easily.
