Ok for some things not for others
It is a handy tool and has a lot that would help a security CCTV installer. The problem that I had is that the browser on mine only had numbers and you could not type in letters. I purchased a couple more and they had the full keyboard. Also the Onvif does not always link into IQeye (now vicon) cameras. No apps support those cameras either. The biggest problem is that this device allows for online software upgrades but the upgrades have caused certain testers to stop working as they have in the past. I think they are getting upgrades from China and the US and china cameras are different so it is only natural that the software to test them is different. No where can you find software upgrades available on any website so if you get an older unit good luck. The product has warrantys but if you go to the manufacture website and call them they tell you that only the company that you purchased it from can help with software upgrades. Amazon does not offer software firmware upgrades. They just sell them. Not very good customer service from a company to not offer firmware upgrades off their website when every other company does. Save your money and wait till this gets worked out.

Stay away!
Cannot update They want you to purchase a new unit whenever cameras change. Since cameras change as often as cell phones, this tester will be obsolete in no time
