In my opinion this is the best protein powder on the market. First of all it taste great! Its clean and plant based and breaks down great when added to the liquid of your choice. Pro tip, I add it to my pre-mixed OWYN protein shakes that I use as my liquid of choice, turning a 20g protein shake into a 50g shake.

I wasn’t expecting spiritual growth from a protein powder, but here we are. Ambrosia Planta in Melted Chocolate didn’t just upgrade my shakes—it upgraded my entire personality. I’m nicer now. My skin is clearer. Birds sing Disney songs when I walk outside. This stuff tastes like someone melted a chocolate bar, whispered “health” into it, and then added 20 grams of protein just because they could. And it’s plant-based, which means I can feel morally superior and jacked at the same time. The BCAAs? Fantastic. My muscles have never been happier. They wake up each morning and give me a silent nod of approval like, “Yeah… you did good, kid.” Also, no dairy, no added sugar, and somehow still delicious. Witchcraft? Possibly. Do I care? Absolutely not. If you’re looking for a protein powder that tastes amazing, mixes beautifully, and makes you question whether you’ve been settling your whole life… this is the one. Buy it. Drink it. Im a 60 yr old woman and my dietitian recommended this to help increase my protein. I try to stay somewhat plant based due to digestion issues of meat proteins, and she suggested giving it a try. This protein powder doesn’t bother my stomach like most every other brands I’ve tried. No bloating or any upset. It mixes well and isn’t too gritty either. This particular flavor tastes just a bit salty to me. It’s not overly sweet either, like a lot of protein flavors. I usually blend it w cottage cheese and sometimes an egg depending on my macros that day and then freeze it for “ice cream” the ninja cremi works great for this. Just my personal preference, but I prefer the strawberry flavor to this one. It’s a great source of protein at 20 grams a scoop. With the addition of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese along w a splash of almond milk for ease of blending, I can bump my protein intake to around 50g at my first meal keeping me satisfied for hours. I’ve been using it faithfully every morning and after about 6 weeks am noticing some positive changes in my body composition.

This is a personal opinion but this tastes so bad and the texture is so chalky. It has a hint of plants! I have to close my nose and have a chaser to get it down. However, I have only ever had 3 protein powder brands before. This was the worst of them taste wise in my opinion. The ingredients seem very good though and I like that there isn’t too much carbs. But it does what it needs to do.

I got the PB & J one and 1) doesn’t at all taste like PB&J and 2) it tastes like literal chemicals I hated it the consistency is also super thin it was nasty.

Great product. I ordered it when it was on sale. Highly recommended. Great for my breakfast shake with fruit.

I absolutely love the candy bar flavor. It's so delicious... But I got the peanut butter banana flavor (and I usually LOVE banana), but this is waaaayy too sweet. And I can't taste the peanut butter. I had to add PB2 to even get a hint of it. I think I'll stick with the candy bar one from now on...
