The Chilly bottle was gladly received by my nephew for Christmas. Luckily the colour was what he wanted.

Keeps the water cold for hours and doesn't leave a weird smell at the end of the day. Really easy to clean as well.

I also used this bottle before. I thought I had lost my bottle and bought two from this bottle for my wife and me. Then I found my old bottle, but I didn't make a return. I'm happy with them.

okay, so i got this bc i didn’t want to be basic and have a hydro flask but kind of wish i just got a hydro. i’ve had this for about two years i think and the metal lid has disconnected from the plastic screw on lid so it’s kind of awk to use, keeps drinks really cold tho i managed to have ice not melt for a full day so it’s great in that sense just the lid.

These bottles are excellent. Use it as work and keeps water cold for hours. Also, better for the environment as it is reusable. Before getting a chilly bottle I reused a disposable plastic water bottle but in the heat of summer the indoor air temperature heated the water and so I had to keep throwing it away and refilling which was a waste. So impressed with the chilly bottle I bought my parents one each for when they go out for the day. One word of warning, however. I unthinkingly left my chilly bottle in direct sunlight and when I undid the lid and took a drink the metal rim of the opening was extremely hot and hurt my lips. The lid is not insulated. The water was still cold though, but beware not to leave exposed to the sun.

Absolutely love my chilly bottles. I’ve had one for over a year and have used it so much. A hot drink keeps really hot even when there is not much left and the 260ml size is perfect. My husband bought a cheaper version last year and it gets hot on the outside unlike the chilly bottle. His bottle has been disappointing , hence we have just purchased a proper chilly bottle for him. I would thoroughly recommend this product and it comes in a lovely cylindrical container, making it an ideal gift.

Should this happen after six months? Just washing in bubbly water by hand and the coating is peeling off. I would have contacted the seller but don’t have that option. Expensive for it to do this so soon.Customer Service have been in touch with me and are sending a replacement asap - so I am going to amend my rating. Can't recommend their problem resolution highly enough. The water bottle does its job excellently - keeps drink very cold for at least 24 hours. Thank you Chillys, very satisfied customer!
