KKCITE Portable Air Cooler

This is a truly terrible product . I was intrigued by the principle of it as an alternative to aircon - even having to refill with Icy water seemed like a good compromise for some affordable air cooling. The reality is more gloomy - unless you stick your face directly in front of this product it is completely ineffective. Even if you do that(and honestly, who wants to do that?) I actually get more effective cooling for a standard fan, which is a lot less expensive. I have requested a return already, a complete waste of money. I saw reviews on here saying it could cool a room which is a staggering and completely false claim. I'm not sure if its just this product or air coolers in general, but don't waste your time here

small and easy to handle but gives it a perfect cold.I think the device is just fine, i have been using this to cool me down at night. it is so quiet and also very cool. It's also nice and easy to take this device to anywhere you want. And i think if you use chilled water, it cools even better :-)

I had great hopes for this, but I am sorely disappointed. It doesn't seem to cool the room at all. I tried it in my small office (10' x 7') and left it on for 2 hrs with ice. The temperature was 28.7 to start and still 28.7 after 2 hrs. It's much noisier than I expected - on full blast, I can feel a bit of a cool breeze, but it was too loud and distracting to work. On lower speeds, I can't feel any breeze from 2' away. I much prefer my little USB fan that is more cooling, quieter, smaller, rechargeable and was less than half the cost. I rarely leave bad reviews, but I have wasted £36 on something I will never use.

I purchased this with a little trepidation as the reviews had not been particularly brilliant, so I was not expecting the best from this but the price was very keen so bought two. I tried one and was not overly impressed as it seemed very feeble output, so I thought that I had bought a couple of lemons. Roll on lockdown and temperatures rising into the thirties, I thought I would give it another chance and ithas been keeping me cool to the point that I had to turn it off as I was getting cold. I have found that during this hot weather I have been able to sleep with this on low as not as loud as my other air coolers and as not too far away its breeze is welcome.( I have mine 2ft away from me )You will not be able to cool a room with this but it is possible to be comfortable if close by I found the best mix of a few ice cubes and water not overly full gives out a nice chilling breeze. I purchased at just over a fiver each and for that price it was worth it even would have paid a little bit more. Do not expect it to cool the whole room because it’s not big enough to do that! But it does the job if you’re sat at a desk or in the car it’ll cool you down also if you’re in a hot room you’re better off opening the window and placing it on the window ledge it works better with air from outside!

I don't know how this has got any good reviews! I set it up in the box room, filled it with ice cold water from the fridge and it gave off nothing but a gentle breeze. No cooling effect at all, and this was after several hours and two tanks of water.This product helps in no way to cool you, it's just wastes electricity.Thanks to Amazon for their good returns though, this is going straight back in it's box and getting sent back!

Bought this today had it on coffee table in living room whilst I watched tv did the trick in keeping me cool, now transported to bedroom. It’s not Uber powerful but if your sat near it, it keeps you cool, found filling it with ice helped , can’t fault it for price paid

I can't fathom where the positive reviews have come from for this item. I literally took thermometers and placed them in the room today beside the fan on a 24C day and it hasn't dropped by even 1 degree despite filling it with cold water and ice and running it for 6hrs. Sat 2m from it I can barely feel the air coming from it on a still day. I originally bought this for my very pregnant wife in the uncomfortable heat we had up into the 30Cs a few weeks back, and it did nothing. We had normal fans in the bedroom already which from their blowing alone create a much grater coolish experience. I tried my experiment again today to check it wasn't simply the sheer heat before having me rate it unfairly, but it's clear not. This item simply doesn't have the power (perhaps nor design overall) to delivery on the so-called cooling experience it describes. It says it humidifies also, but if I open it and touch the honeycomb structure on which the water trickles down and is absorbed that sits in front of the fan, that is barely even moist either, so it makes little sense to me as to how it's even meant to work. I dunno, I'd welcome another for free to give it a second chance and see if it's faulty, I suppose. Please seller, either refund me or prove me wrong and convince me this was simply a faulty item?

L'acquisto peggiore mai fatto.. se mi mangio un cubetto di ghiaccio e inizio a soffiare caccio più aria fresca.. con 40 euro mi sarei comprato un ventilatore e non avrei fatto una lira di danno!

No me ha gustado nada. No enfria nada la habitacion en donde lo tengo yo puesto. Muy caro para lo que es. Malisima calidad.

Absolument inutile ne rafraîchis rien, j'ai essayé de l'utiliser aussi dans la voiture au finale il soufflait de l'air chaud je recommande d'acheter un vrai ventilateur pour le prix.

No da aire para un cuarto, tienes que ponerlo cerca porque si no no te da.no estoy contento con este aparato

Indicano questo raffrescatore adatto anche per auto, invece assolutamente no, non funziona in auto, meglio un ventilatore, presa perché condizionatore auto rotto. Volevo restituirlo, poi a mia figlia è venuto un febbrone in pieno giugno e gli e lo ho posizionato davanti per darle sollievo. Se riempi tanica di ghiaccio e lo posizioni a 20/30cm da faccia, ottieni sollievo, ma per una stanza è inutile. Lo userò questo inverno per diffondere eucalipto nella stanza, così darà sollievo ai bimbi (mettendo essenza di eucalipto nell'acqua del serbatoio). L'idea mi è venuta perché hanno scritto che si può inserire essenze per allontanare zanzare. Comprata per una cosa, ma la userò per altro. Mi rimane problema auto, 1400 euro troppo oneroso per sistemare aria condizionata. Pazienza, ma consiglierei a chi lo rivende di eliminare foto che lo consiglia per auto, perché pur mettendo ghiaccio nel serbatoio, esce aria calda, troppo calda auto ed essendo in metallo...., inoltre ad ogni dosso si spegne, perché non può avere solleciti. Avevo confrontato i vari raffrescatori ed alla fine ho comprato questo, anche se costava 20 euro in più degli altri, solo perché lo indicano adatto per auto. Comunque spedizione arrivata in 6 giorni, pagando spedizione, esattamente nei tempi indicati. Do 2 stelle perché non funziona per il mio scopo, sebbene pubblicizzi il contrario
