So far, this vitamin K is looking like a solid addition to the lineup. The size of the capsules is manageable (no horse pills here), and the quality seems legit—nothing sketchy or chalky. I picked it up to pair with the vitamin D I’ve been taking, since apparently they’re the dynamic duo of bone health and immune vibes. Too early to say how much of a difference it’s making, but I’ll find out when I test my vitamin D levels in a couple of months. For now, it feels like I’m doing something responsible and adult-like, which is half the battle.

Like many others, my order arrived (in August) with the pills hopelessly clumped together. I put the bottle in the freezer for 30 minutes then used the handle end of a spoon to hit them in an up and down motion. They broke up and separated perfectly. I had to remove a few clumps and separate them by hand. So don’t throw them out or return them before trying this.

Been taking one a day for years....I get virtually zero vitamin K in my diet.
