Faux Brick Wallpaper

I really like this wallpaper. I had never hung wallpaper before and had a tough time figuring out just how much water needed. Directions say to soak it for no more than 15 seconds and let it "book" for 2 minutes. Since I am new at hanging paper I had a hard time handling it when pulling it out of the water. The paper just didn't want to work with me and I ended up getting small tears on the edges. Luckily, the pattern of this paper hides small flaws like this very well and I was still able to use the paper that had the tears. I just added a small amount of regular wallpaper glue under the seams of my paper to make sure they stay down, they kept wanting to curl up. Because of this, I have a thin white line running down most of the seams. Not sure whether it is just extra glue, or if the wallpaper is just not "butted" up correctly. Either way, that is user error and it still looks fabulous. My main reason for writing a review is that I wanted to put some pictures up so you can see what the paper looks like on a wall. I was unable to find any when I was purchasing this wallpaper so I felt like I was taking a gamble on whether the colors of the paper were what I was looking for. The small picture attached to the product does not do it justice!!! I did 2 walls, both about 93 1/2" tall and between 10 and 11 feet wide. It took 4 rolls of paper. I had a window to go around and it worked out perfectly that I had scrap to match up on top and bottom of it. Because I was able to use the scrap for the top and bottom of the window, I didn't have to open up the 5th roll that I bought. I did have a lot of waste matching up the pattern repeat, so I was happy to have been able to use some of it. All in all, GREAT purchase!! Completely changed the look of the room for just about $120!!!

I like the product, the ease with which it went up and the way it has lasted (behind my stove) especially because it is strong enough that it can be wiped down when spattered with grease and the way the pattern is EASY to match even though it is hard to detect the repitition... I just think the color is too Pink ... it should have an orange and tan hue ... not pink and yellow ... other than that, I would buy more of it because it looks so real, you have to touch it, to determine it is paper

This wallpaper was my secondary choice after receiving wallpaper through another website, I realized we would need more wallpaper but to my dismay my first choice was out of sock online for several weeks. I needed a quick solution so I jumped on Amazon to query brick wallpaper and selected this product after reading several customer reviews. Buying wallpaper online sight unseen can be extremely difficult but I have to confess how happy we all were with the finished product. We ordered 2 rolls to start and complete the job.Since we've wallpapered before I would rate the grade of this paper a 7/10. It's not cheap and it's not the best thing out there either; however it is very forgiving if you make a mistake. Due to its pattern and print I would recommend that you order at least 5% more than you need but no more than 10% should be necessary. We also used additional wallpaper paste although this paper has some on the product we found the additional paste to be immensely helpful. The brick actually looks better than the first roll I ordered from another site and ended up returning. The color of the bricks are aesthetically pleasing and it is a beautiful accent wall; really enhances the decor and gives the room a city loft feel.1 roll covered about 56 SQ ft.

This wallpaper looks awesome on the wall, I finished hanging it at 7:09pm on 8/27, I went to check the beauty of my wall on 8/28 at 12:34pm and all the seams are letting loose and curling up. Mind you, I have been in home repair and decor for many, many years, I have never had wallpaper do this, this was applied correctly from the proper prepping of the wall to the complete wipe down of excess glue. The print is awesome! real looking! But the paper holding sucks! $50 plus dollars for two rolls.......

Does NOT look real. Nice color. But would save much, much more by buying any regular wallpaper at a home improvement store. For the $100 I spent to do one tiny wall, it looks just like any cheap wallpaper. It's "texture" is tiny bit of roughness that is not even visible. When the light hits it, it looks just like flat, thin paper. If it was cheaper, it would be fine. But for the price to do a very small area due to wasting half the roll because the strips need to fit together and match as a pattern, it was NOT worth the cheap, standard outcome.

It looks very good but could not line it up side by side to look continuous or realistic. We tried to align sections in a variety of ways but it just didn't work out. However it looks much better from a distance but up close its obvious that you cannot line up the pattern.

Great product, looks and works great. Was easy enough to apply, I decided to stick it onto metal garage doors in my garage converted to office. Just wet it really really well and apply. To help with adhesion to the metal since it's NOT meant for metal I added a bit of silicon glue, it worked just fine, the glue helped it stick around the rivets in the metal door. It has not peeled or fell off in months. The quality is very good and it's thick. On a wall this would probably be even easier. It actually convinces you it's brick, I have had quite a few people get up close and touch it to confirm it's not brick.
