A renter's dream!
When I first moved into my apartment 5 months ago I knew right away that I was going to be doing some major "renter friendly" overhaul. Everything in the kitchen just screamed "3 decades of boring tenants have lived here". The walls and cabinets were flat white and both had obviously been painted dozens of times without stripping so it was just sloppy looking. The counter tops were a faux granite formica type top. Disgusting. Old buildings are so gross sometimes. But luckily my issues were almost entirely cosmetic so I set to work planning out a way to make it feel more upscale, more put together, more 21st century.I debated for a long time what I wanted to do with the walls but finally decided on white brick removable wallpaper. I discovered this wallpaper in my first search and added it to my cart. A week later I finally hit "buy" and eagerly awaited it's arrival. At this point I had already placed faux granite removable contact paper stuff on my countertops (the thick kind that looks legit) and that had already drastically improved the look of the kitchen. Plus, I already had some experience putting this kind of thing on. The brick wallpaper ended up being even easier. Since the brick pattern goes horizontally across the width of the paper, I did have to cut it to the correct height in several sections instead of just rolling the whole thing along the wall. I'm sure it ended up being easier in the long run so not a deal breaker. The roll doesn't have nearly as much paper as you might imagine. It has what it says it will but I just imagined it having more. I was too lazy to measure. I still ended up being able to cover most of what I wanted and managed to place it in a way that it looks intentional that not all of the wall is covered. Accent brick, if you will. I filled in the blank wall above my stove with faux backsplash stick on tiles for a complete look.Every time I walk into my kitchen or have someone over I am soooo glad I have this wallpaper up. I get compliments all the time and my kitchen feels so much cleaner and newer than it did when I first moved in.This wallpaper gives the wall a nice, textured look. Not 100% like real brick up close but it looks great from a few feet back and wonderful in photos. If nothing else, it helps break up the monotony of the typical all white rental kitchen without being overwhelming.I definitely suggest buying this and suggest measuring the space first. :D

Looks great. But more than you think you’ll need!
We just bought a house and I hated the red walls in the kitchen and dining room. I didn’t really want to paint so I did some research and found NuWallpaper in this great faux brick pattern. I fell in love and then debated on doing it for a couple months.I’m really glad that I took the plunge. It’s made a huge difference in the space.I purchased 6 of these (mainly because that was the limit) and I hoped that 6 would be enough. Thankfully, it was but more in that in a minute.I admit...it was not the easiest to put up. I mean, yes, it’s basically a giant sticker, but it’s GIANT. My walls and ceiling were not straight so much had to compensate for that. And finding the patterns to match up really was difficult. I was only concerned with matching patterns in the two large walls. The smaller areas in the kitchen do not match up (and that’s ok with me!). If I had been concerned with the pattern matching in the kitchen, the. It would have taken more rolls. You really can’t tell on the smaller areas (backsplash and above the cabinets) unless you are really trying to find an issue.I have been concerned with peeling and shrinking because I read a lot of reviews, but I haven’t had any issues. I made sure to overlap my edges about .25 to .5 inches, just in case. As far as peeling...this is what I did: First, leave the rolls of paper in the area for a few days to acclimate to the temperature. Second, I rubbed down my walls with 70% alcohol and let them dry. And lastly, don’t pull or tug too hard when you’re smoothing out the paper. You don’t want to stretch it. I used my hand only. That’s all I did and so far, it’s still hanging!I’ll probably purchase NuWallpaper in a different pattern for other areas of our house. My experience was a good one!

Realistic
looks pretty realistic and the adhesive is good especially for being in the basement I was worried about the possible moisture but it’s held up great so far!

Friends always touch it b/c it looks so Real!
I wanted to use actual wall tile in our laundry room, but found this tile paper instead. This looks so real that friends ALWAYS touch the wall when I tell them it’s peelable paper. This was very easy to install. I laid out the wall size on my garage floor with painters tape and cut the first piece about an inch longer than needed. There’s a small drop pattern in the bricks, so I then matched up the partial bricks from the first sheet to the second sheet so that it looked like actual whole bricks at the side seam. I did the same for the next few sheets for the width of the room, always making sure my partial bricks from one sheet lined it up with the partial bricks from the next sheet. Adhesion was very good, and I was able to peel back if I needed to reposition the paper. Don’t takeoff a lot of the backing paper at one Time and lightly press down until your sheet lines up. Since this was a new laundry room, I wallpapered the whole wall 6 inches below the top of the washer and dryer, and then installed the cabinets over the top of the paper. This roll of vinyl was also very good quality and I would definitely buy it again.

Great product
I used this in my kitchen and it looks great! It was east to put up and very forgiving when removing and realigning. It’s seems to be very durable. I have got a lot of compliments on how nice it looks. The price was definitely worth it.

Not renter friendly!
Really enjoy the pattern. Looks good, however it is absolutely NOT renter friendly. It peeled chunks of my paint off everywhere. I've had to sand and repaint where I needed to remove it. Not very durable as there's already cuts and chunks missing in areas just from moving furniture. I wouldn't recommend this and wish I didn't put it up. I would have removed it all already but I don't want to deal with fixing and repairs that I know will be needed even more than what I've had to do already.
