I have purchased multiple plants from Costa and have never had any issues! They come healthy and well packed every single time! I love the planter it comes with too! Cute, durable and good value!

A friend recommended Costa Farms, and I'm so glad she did. This is one of two plants I ordered and they arrived separately in excellent condition. I thought this one looked smallish but it is 12" tall as described, including the nice pot. I took it outside to get all the wrapping layers off but it is very well packed for shipping, and very fresh-looking out of the box. Looking forward to buying more from Costa Farms.

The plant came in the UPS truck. The new growth was burned and looks sad. I have been buying this ZZ plant from Costa Farms and the plants always looked great, healthy and full. The ZZ plant I got yesterday was damaged and about 1/3 of the size plants in the pot. Not happy with the plant. I payed $15.00 more for this last plant from just 3 months ago. Not happy. Thought I had a great place to order plants. Not so sure now.UPDATE on the ZZ plant. I contacted Costa Farms and sent them a picture of the plant that was damaged. So happy to say that they sent me a replacement plant in just a few days. This new plant was absolutely gorgeous. In the hot days of summer here in Texas, I think the best way to get a plant is to have it shipped thru FedEx two day. When I received the new plant it was standing tall and not curled to one side and damaged due to the heat. I will be ordering all my future plants thru Costa Farms and if needed, I will pay a little extra for shipping. Thank you Costa Farms for caring about your customers. I am changing my rating to a 5 star. I would give them a 6 star if possible.

I’ve ordered six plants from Costa Farms. Four were great. Unfortunately, 2 arrived dead (due to shipping). I emailed Costs Farms and they gave me advice and direction to get a refund from Amazon, which I was able to do. Would recommend purchasing from them!

First purchase from Costa Farms and very impressed with what I received, although it was a challenge to get out of the box and remove the plastic wrap, around the dirt, leaving a cup of dirt on the floor, probably a good idea to include unboxing instructions. The plant is very hearty and healthy. One stalk was closed upon receipt, however opened after 4 days. I'm looking forward to enjoying this plant for much longer than my previous online plant purchase from another vendor.

I like the health of this plant, the bulbs for this plant are out of the dirt. I had to immediately transport them. Not necessarily a bad thing; just concerning as I am unfamiliar with this plant, and my other one does not have this issue.

My sister had one of these plants and I thought it was pretty and different and ordered one. It came well packaged with some literature. However, I wish it would have included planting directions. Does it stay in the black plastic container or does it need taken out of that and placed in the white pot that it came in?It is healthy, pretty and I love it.

My plant is dying after the second day, only 3 ramifications, nothing compare with the image. the soil is not good, and very bad packaging.
