EXCELLENT PARMIGIANO-REGGIANO! Very fast delivery: Ordered October 24, delivered October 25... phenomenal! Packaged with great care. Arrived with all 5 cold packs still mostly frozen & inside a foil bubble wrap pouch. The product is vacuum sealed & PERFECT! I use it for making Tuscan chicken, shrimp & more! Excellent flavor. The price is good too. Has the brand on the rind as expected of an authentic Italian imported Parmigiano-Reggiano. Definitely recommend!

The sellers went above and beyond to make sure the product arrived in pristine condition. There were many layers of packaging to keep the cheese from rolling all over the package and ice packs were placed to keep it fresh. The cheese is scrumptious. Gourmet dash has my order. Many of my packages get delivered with the product barely in the package especially the ones by USPS 😩

I have always purchased small wedges of parmesan cheese from grocery stores, and bought the jars of grated parm cheese. I didn't like the filler - cellulose, that is added to about every brand of grated parmesan cheese out there. Also these grated parms were too salty. Then researched the real deal: Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese from Italy. Compared cheeses and ratings on amazon, then decided to order this one. Cheese came very well insulated and wrapped. Couldn't wait to try it...cut off a little piece, and...WOW!! I thought I had been eating parmesan cheese before...however this was absolutely delicioso, and the best parmesan cheese I have ever eaten. Full rich flavor, not too salty, just right, nice texture, just wonderful. This will be my go to parmesan cheese from now on. Also, I am going to grate this cheese, instead of buying the "cellulose parm cheese." I cut the cheese into about 5 pieces, wrapped each piece in parchment paper, then into a vac seal plastic bag. One bag in the frig, and the other bags in the deep freeze. Love this parm!

Maybe I'm used to domestic cheeses, but this block is huge and very salty, can only use a little at a time. This piece will last forever.

OMG It tastes absolutely WONDERFUL! I LOVE it. & don't even get me started on how great they packaged it for shipping! Vacuum sealed the cheese. Then wrapped in paper and placed in an insulated shipping bag, along with frozen gel packs. Then sealed up and wrapped in paper again. Talk about wrapping for previous cargo. They definitely care about their product & service to their customers. 5 Stars, for flavor, packaging, & shipping in a timely manner, hand down! Excellent experience all the way around 😁
