Love it it works very well

I started taking this as a way to mitigate possible skin damage (I use a sperti UV-B Vitamin D lamp daily) and lutein has been shown to reduce photo-aging and photo-carcinogenesis in chronically UVB-irradiated skin. I cycle this supplement one month on / one month off, and each time after about 7 days into a new cycle, I noticed that I could type faster. Awesome. I looked for research to support this and found an article indicating an effect on visual-motor abilities and psychomotor speed concluding that "Accumulating evidence has shown that LZ may influence various aspects of brain function ranging from visual-motor to executive functions". I also have IBS-D, this gives me zero side effects. Update Aug 2019: I feel like I can think much more clearly and quickly since taking this. I started looking at evidence for cognitive effects (beyond visual-motor) of lutein, and there's actually tons out there!! It's apparently now referred to as a nootropic. Certainly feels like it, and with no downside at all. My brain just feels younger! Here's an example of what I found in studies: "Higher plasma lutein and zeaxanthin were associated with better scores across the domains of cognition, memory, and executive function" "Lutein preferentially accumulates in the human brain across multiple life stages." "Among the carotenoids, brain lutein content was the most consistently related to cognitive test scores". Now that I'm looking more closely at the product description, it says it right there: " Preliminary studies suggest they can enhance brain functions.". This has been a fantastic supplement. My highest recommendation.

I like this product okay and appreciate that it comes in a soy free casing. After a week or so of taking it, I felt it was a step down from the gummy I was taking prior to this (same dosage). There was a distinct reduction in clarity of vision. Maybe it's just my gut isn't digesting this pill as quickly as it should or it's time released. My vision overall doesn't seem to be as clear as when I was taking the gummy brand. OTOH, my eyes don't ever hurt taking this pill, like they did taking the gummy. It was clear the gummy wore off every day around 1 or 2 pm. With this pill, my eyes don't ever really hurt from being weary like that. I just wish my vision were clearer at all times with this pill, like with the gummy. Some good on both sides.

I have been taking this product for over a year. I notice more fluid in my eyes and more tear duct activity immediately. My wife has suffered from eye redness due to dry eyes for years. Not anymore. Prior to using luitein, we went through a bottle of axtazanthin but didn't notice this benefit. I'm 50 and stopped wearing contacts for a few years because my eyes would get too dry. Although, I can't give the luitein all the credit for changing these conditions as I was able to correct it by improving my diet. The addition of a luitein supplement was surprisingly noticeable and has added to my eye health and moisture levels I'm sure of it. Dr. Best is a good value. I plan on continuing using this supplement.

Easy to swallow. gelcap. No taste or odor. Reasonable price. I'm using it for night vision-too early to tell if helping

ドライアイ・疲れ目が酷く年齢なども考え購入。 以前もドクターズベスト製品を購入していたので 決め手は成分とメーカーです。 目薬と併用ですが目薬を使用する回数が減りましたし カナリ改善されたと感じます。 ソフトゲルタイプのものですが 海外製品ですので国産製品に比べ サイズは大きめではないかと推測します。 写真の方眼は5ミリ×5ミリです。 当方、掌は掌の付け根から中指付け根までで約10cm程です。 宜しければご参考まで。

Being a doctor myself as i have ophthalmologist friends too, but not even they were shore about the results of lutein and zeaxanthen... and now i know it perfect as im using this from last 1 month ... unexpected results i got ... the tiredness of my eyes and little blurred vision from time to time as i wear my glasses for a long time .... vanished in just 15 days after using it... i suggest you check your eyes first and if there is no any pathological problem but still feeling not well with your vision .... just try it once ... i think its a wonderful drug so far for vision problems. Last but not the least i wanted to thank amazone (as i never did it for any product i bought ) for reaching me to this kind of products which were never been available in India before. Thank you.
