Great alternative to Posca pens.
I purchased these as a gift for my 11 year old daughter who wanted some Posca style pens to utilise in her artwork. First off these are much better value for money in regards to the overall price and how many pens/colours you get per set which is always a plus. They are easy to use, just a quick shake, and a few pumps of the nib in some scrap paper and you’re ready to go. The colours were vibrant and laid down smoothly without the constant need to ‘pump’ to get the ink flowing. The metallics do actually look metallic unlike some pens we’ve tried in the past. The nibs didn’t clog, nor have they frayed. They work well on multiple surfaces including; paper, acrylic, stone, wood. My daughter loves them and they aren’t a great addition to her art supply collection. All in all we are both very happy with this purchase.

Excellent Acrylic Pens
The pens were bought for my teenage daughter’s birthday specifically for rock painting. The paint pens work beautifully, the colours are rich and very easy to paint the rock surface. For this activity, the pens are proving to be a very convenient and effective substitute to acrylic paints in tubes. It has allowed her to rock paint even for a few minutes with no mess as it’s literally taking a lid off the pen. We have used it on card as well with perfect results. One uses it just like a pen so very easy for little ones to use too. Just to highlight that to first release the ink, one has to shake the pens quite vigorously, press the nib onto a piece of paper and then shake again. This activates the flow of the paint. Would recommend this set of acrylic pens. Delivery was super efficient.

Very good. Good coverage. Worth the money
If you like posca pens but don't fancy selling your soul, first born, or remortgaging your house to buy the spectrum of colours than these pens are for you. I have done a side by side comparison of these and can say: Pro: - They cost a fraction of the price - They are a thinner paint so you can get quite a lot of coverage without the paper ripping up as much as the posca paints have caused (I use mixed media paper by Dale Rowney). - They seem to have good layering coverage, as you can see from the photo. I will say that if you layer too much I feel that it would cause bad bleeding. But I would say with proper care this can be limited - excellent colour palette for the price Cons: - I feel the colours are slightly duller than that of the posca pens - because the paint is thinner it takes a long time to dry. I use a lot of layering, and posca pens dry in seconds so I can sit and work on a single piece of work for along time. These pens take several minutes, even for these small test patches it took more than 5 minutes for it to dry, some patches took even longer. The blue circle with drawn with these markers wasn't dry enough when I did the pink lines, so you can see some bleeding of the colours. - I do feel like these have the potential to not hold up to several layers. Again probably because of the paint thinness it feel like if you tried more than 2 layers that it would just turn into a mess.....But I have not yet tested this Overall I think the pros do outweigh the cons. Im not sure I would use these 100% of the time over posca, but definitely will buy them again.

work well, though a bit expensive
Nice pens and easy to use. Lovely colours. 4 stars not five as a bit expensive I thought.

Ho acquistato il prodotto per utilizzarlo sulle mie stampe 3d, in particolare su pla. Devo dire che è abbastanza coprente, il set da 24 copre le sfumature principali.
