I will need to take this for a longer period to see how it works for PCOS, but first impressions is that it is quite nice. The smell is fresh and nice and the taste is good. Taste like spearmint tea and doesn't have nasty burps or anything. Way easier to consume the capsule than trying to drink that much tea per day to get the benefits, so I'm happy.

YOU NEED TO BUY THIS IF YOU HAVE PCOS FACIAL HAIR. Within two days my skin was in a plump, clear state with barely any facial hair (and when it did grow, it was sparse and thin). I did use the product almost until empty but couldn’t see any difference, easy to swallow not any taste, not worth to buy it, prefer the real spearmint.

I’ve been taking this for my PCOS. I don’t know if I’ve felt any of the benefits yet as it can take up to 3 months for a vitamin to have any real effect on your system but I have not felt any negative effects from it either. The capsules smell minty which is not unpleasant and do have a mild minty taste as well. I like them and will continue to take them regularly. I bought these bc they are natural and didn’t have any other additives which is nice and the capsules are easy to swallow and I believe the capsules are vegan friendly as well. I would recommend these for anyone to try.
