Great Every Day Carry
This is my every day carry and is set up as a modified active shooter/EDC backpack. Plenty of pockets, pouches, compartment and MOLLY attachment points for any configuration you might need. Construction is still sturdy after a year of heavy use. The adjustment straps are generous and are able to accommodate people of above average size.Would highly recommend.

Quest for the perfect edc bag might be over.
That perfect edc bag always eluded me. Ive tried maxpedition pigmy and commuter sling. Both were okay but on the small side and didnt fit everything I needed. Enter Vertx Gammbit and that bag did everything I need but it was too large for every day carry. Now the Ready 2.0 bag is close to perfect. Things I like are that it can fit my 40oz hydroflask on the outside. Inside it fits my 15” laptop and ipad and various accessories with plenty of room left for day to day items. CCW compartment is a must have for California. Here getting a permit is nearly impossible where I live. So unloaded concealed carry it is. Unloaded with loaded mags in a compartment that can be locked up. Which Vertx provides with lockable zippers. That means this bag can legally go with me everywhere its legal to do so. Even riding in the front seat of my car. What can I say I absolutely love this bag and im sure with Vertx quality it will last for a very long time.

The best price for this pack is on Amazon
I watched a few review videos on youtube and wasn't sold 100% on this back pack. I took a chance knowing Amazons amazing return policy. I have to admit, I am extremely pleased with this back pack. I am not in law enforcement but can appreciate the hook and look features can be hidden or utilized if you are in law enforcement with ease. The storage for a laptop is much larger than I expected. It makes my 14" feel tiny and fits with no effort. Ample storage for day to day medicines or trauma accessories. The front storage is great for my technology needs and still has room to spare. I very much appreciate how the waist band and chest strap can be removed and stored.

Thoughtfully and durably built, winner here.
Hands down, at this price point a fantastic bag. Plenty of space for a 3-day pack, work bag, carry on. Add the concealment designs to boot, side pouches, and (surprisingly) the front grab flap, can’t ask for more.Owned for 4mo, near daily use (urban setting), and has yet to show any signs of wear.I preferred these 2.0 vs the new “3.0” Ready Packs due (1) design (front/top of bag, personal preference), and (2) the branding; 2.0 are much more subtle, the new Ready Packs have “Vertx” that perceptively stands out, whereas you’d be hard pressed to know the brand of these 2.0 versions unless you already know.

My best EDC backpack
I was debating which version I should get, the 3rd one or the second one. I am sure that the 3rd one is perfect, but I decided to get this one because of its little bigger capacity (25 L vs 20L).After using it foe one month, I can tell that I am so happy with it! Everything feels the best quality, aspecially if you are considering the price! It is an awesome bag, and I will recommend it to anyone who is searching for a small/medium size bag with a really good quality, that I belive it will hold for lifetime with the proper use.

Good pack, a few gimmicks stop it from fully blending in.
This is a good bag for college. Couldn’t find any other reviews that talked about it from this perspective. Also, I’m in a pro gun state and am 100% confident I’m breaking no laws with what I speak about below. So please leave me alone about it.The bag is well made. The organization is great and I love the internal see threw pockets. I feel like it has adequate space for writing utensils and the smaller outer pocket is deep enough to put chargers in without blocking the admin compartments. I can load it up with my laptop, charger, notebooks, and text books, plus my pistol and other miscellaneous things and it is still very comfortable. The straps are great. The back panel seems good, it is comfortable, but it has not been hot since I got it so I have no input on ventilation.Speaking of the back, if you were so inclined you could put a ballistic plate in it.The elastic at the top of the laptop pouch came a bit stretched out already. I would have preferred it to be tighter. The laptop seems to sit above the bottom of the bag so when you set the bag down the laptop does not contact the floor. You can easily remove the sternum and hip straps. reattaching them is also easy. The bag has a ton of hook and loop material. It’s in the main, middle, and back pocket. There is also Velcro at the bottom of the bag on the exterior and on the flap used to open the ccw compartment. It seems useless. I feel the idea is to blend in, and I feel like putting patches there would draw the attention your trying to avoid. I’d rather it not be there.I think the big flap that would be used to quickly get to your CCW is useful, but it draws attention to the carry compartment. I’ve had several people ask about it on campus and a few people grab it. I usually end up carrying in the middle pocket below the molle field as I feel the gun is hidden well there and I don’t feel like the molle panel has much use in day to day life. Even if the middle compartment is open the gun is pretty well hidden because of how deep it is able to sit. Also, it just looks like a normal pocket when the bag is closed. There is no dumb flap for people to wonder about. It may be slower to access but a second or so but it’s better then someone figuring out your carrying in the setting I’m in.I had a hard time finding a decent holster. The tactigami has TERRIBLE retention. If your 100% sure the bag will never be anything but vertical it will be fine. Personally, I use a backpack as a backpack. Sometimes it falls over. I found my gun would fall out. The crossbreed ohai turned our to be a much better option for just a few dollars more. All logos on the bag are extremely subtle and I like that. It took me a few minutes looking it over to find them all.Over all though it’s extremely well made, it is extremely comfortable, and hides my pistol well. All of my gripes are minor and this is my favorite backpack.

Great Backpack
For the price I wasn’t sure what I was getting. After using it everyday back and forth from work with and iPad and laptop I have to say I love it. Only thing is I wish it had an insert for bulletproof padding. You either need to use the laptop slot or the CCW compartment. It would be awesome if it had a dedicated compartment but I love this bag. I give it 5 stars for what it is.
