No plastic
It's a good lunch box if someone wants to avoid plastic. Although it's tricky to close for an adult also.

Lid too floppy
I like that the silicone lid is plastic-free. I bought this for my daughter to use at school independently but it is difficult to get the lid to line up and seal properly onto the container. Not sure if it was the one we got or it is designed that way. It is also pretty floppy at the center and it would get squished down easily by other items in a lunch bag.
