I ordered this and gave the mint one to my boyfriend. He's in love with this product. It's very helpful for him and enjoys the fact that it's organic. For me it definitely does help reduce my dry lips, but I'm not completely sold. Most of the scents work well. The raspberry and mint ones are (in my opinion) the best. The vanilla has nutty undertones but is pleasant enough. I can't stand the asian pear flavor though. It's the strongest of all the scents and is not reminiscent of an asian pear at all for me. The rest of the scents disappear pretty quickly, but this one lingers. It collects dust in my room for that reason.As for the moisture-ability of these, they help but don't completely solve my dry lips. They glide on smoothly and evenly, but even when applied my lips feel dry. They don't leave any kind of nice hydrating moisture feeling (which some people might like, but it's not for me). I'll keep using the good flavors for the time being, but I'll be looking for something else when I need to restock my lip balm supply.EDIT: I actually received a full refund because of my dissatisfaction. Although I won't be buying this product again, the customer service is attentive and quick to respond. I have therefore changed my review to reflect this. Considering, it certainly doesn't hurt to try this product out for yourself!

Normally, I buy cheap 75 cent Chapstick or lip balm whenever I remember at the store. One day, I read the ingredients of one kept in my car....15 ingredients to be exact. Most of these ingredients I could barely pronounce, much less know why they were in there. I don't think too many people look at lip balm ingredients, including me.....I thought, "it's just wax".I use lip balm a lot. The weather where I live demands it. Something is wrong If I'm using lip balm often but I still buy medicated brands on occasion, which I use to do.I am glad I bought the La Lune naturals. I bought 2 different packs of natural lip balms on Amazon, the other brand made my wife's lips warm, almost hot!Most lip balm looses its protective qualities soon after it rubs off. This lip balm does not, a small amount lasts most of the day but I like to use it more than that....The smell is pleasant and natural. Most lip balm flavorings or smells are overpowering and synthetic.It is nice not needing to look for or try any other brand from now on, especially medicated types. My lips are always soft and feel great. This does not leave your lips shinny or glossy either. You cannot tell you have it on your lips from the second you put it on.Makes a nice gift too.

I've tried multiple lip balms cause I've had dry lips since I was young and didn't even realize it! I've been picking my lip for years and even have scars on my lips and I always just thought it was a bad habit... Until I started researching cures for picking lips and found out that usually people who pick their lips have dry lips - go figure! I mean yeah I felt a bit silly after I found that out, but wasn't sure if it was habit still or not, so decided to try different lip balms.I've tried several and most of them did not work. They didn't lubricate my lips enough, or they had too much medication and tasted bad so I wouldn't use them as much as needed to keep my lips moist. This lip balm was the first and only one I've had so far that I can use multiple times a day, tastes great and keeps my lips moist! The best part is that I have for the most part stopped picking my lips!!!! That is such a big victory for me cause I used to pick it constantly until i would bleed and scab and then start all over again. Now my lips look nice, red, smooth and much better without all the scabs on them. So thankful!

I am a chapstick junkie! Recently, however, I decided to switch to organic lip balm (as I am probably ingesting my fair share). I had tried on brand that made my lips bumpy and swollen-- that was a NO! Then I tried another that I liked, but it was only partially organic and the rest was "natural" which could mean just about anything. I also had one given to me by a friend, but it was more like putting straight oil on my lips and wore off almost immediately. Then I stumbled onto La Lune Organic Lip Balm. I am not kidding when I say it is my favorite lip balm ever!!! It goes on so incredibly smooth it's like heaven! And it lasts for quite awhile during the day, and all night long. My favorite flavor by far is the peppermint!! I actually dislike the vanilla (which is weird because usually I'm okay with vanilla. The pear is more like spearmint, but quite good, and the raspberry is fine too, although my husband said it reminded him of a popsicle. I didn't take stars off for the flavors, because everyone has different tastes and all the flavors go on smooth and feel perfect! I will be using these for a long time to come!

I really wanted to love these for obvious reasons, however, I can't deny that they're simply not effective. Since starting to use these, I've noticed that I need to reapply much more quickly than with the previous lip balm. Also, my lips are very chapped now when I don't have the product on, which hadn't been a problem for me in the past. I was previously using the Hempz Yuzu&Starfruit lip balm and my lips have never been better! Sadly, it's a little more expensive than these, but I guess I have no choice but to go back!The flavors/scents are divine and the texture is very smooth, too bad :(
