A great bench for the price .
I love this bench . I got tired of propping up my flat bench to do inclines and such for the last 17 years . It is quite a sturdy bench for the money .... was even sturdier in real life than what it looked like on the internet . It has a high weight rating which is why I bought it . However , if you are a massively heavy bench presser , I would be cautious when using it in the flat position . I have no doubt that it will handle a great deal of weight ... as I am a 275 lb. bodybuilder . But I use a flat bench for those heavy flat lifts . It would be very easy to remedy if you just cut a 2" x 4" or a 4" x 4" to place between the bottom of the bench (near floor) and where the head rests on the bench if you are concerned about the way the bench sticks out in the air . That will easily eliminate that problem .

Decline and Incline only. No way this would hold the advertised weight
I was very excited when I saw this advertised as holding a lot of weight. Shipping weight was higher than a lot of other benches so I figured it must be sturdy. It came in today. It was easy to assemble, but when I was done I noticed that it declines. There is no possible way to adjust this to level. It can be adjusted to several incline angles just fine, but if you want a flat bench do not buy this. This is a decline and incline ONLY bench. There is also no way it would hold the advertised weight. Both ends of the bench are held up by a single bolt and the area where your head would go bends from me just sitting on it.UPDATE: When I disassembled this I found that the support bars on the back pad were bend. Which is why it wouldn’t lay flat. This happened when I sat down on it. I can’t imagine if this happened while benching. This bench is dangerous if you lift heavy.

Great Buy for the Price
I love that this bench is on the lower end of the prices available, and that it is able to go both completely flat and at a full 90 degrees. The seat and headpiece do wobble a bit, I think due to the way the pieces are made to be so adjustable. Still able to use in all positions no problem, but I wouldn't use for anything like step ups in fear it'd make the wobbling worse. The only con I have is the assembly. While it wasn't awful (about 1 hour by myself), the bolts, nuts, and screws were just in the box loose which had me worried that some were missing, luckily all were accounted for. There also were no directions, just an exploded view of the bench. I was able to figure it out, but the correct order of assembling probably would have made the process go smoother.

Honest review. Mostly assembly issues
So ran into a few issues that I was able to overcome.First was there are 2 bolts that are all the way threaded that you will need to go out and buy the slightly longer ones as the ones provided dont actually fit (yes they were in the right spot I had 2 other people double check) the size you need is 10mmx80mm 1.50 thread it comes with 10x70.Second one of the holes for the really long bolts that connect the seat to the frame had a defect of a piece of metal inside the hole causing you to be unable to put the bolt in without overcoming that obstacle.Otherwise the bench seems to be decent and will work as advertised put it through a tests with a bunch of weight to see that it actually supports more than I can lift (I just casually work out I'm not a body builder or anything)it actually moves around pretty easily but you have to lift it a few inches to use the wheels (not a good thing if only trying to push the bench an inch or 2.Overall I'm not sure if I would buy this brand again or not. If I didnt have access to other tools or was already going to the hardware store I probably would have returned it due to manufacture screw up but It still seems like a decent bench so I'm gonna give it a few weeks and may update the review if it works out in the end.

Do not recommend
I would not recommend this to anyone who is looking to put up any decent amount of weight. It’s wobbly at any incline, it’s hard to adjust (you have to unscrew the knobs all the way to be able to pull the pins, then screw them all the way back in the desired hole. If you don’t screw all the way in, it may fall...I found this out the hard way.I also feel like it’s slightly higher than the benches at my gym.And to top it off, I have two staples coming out of the red piping. That happened after about 3 uses.

Really solid bench - Great for the price
I've been using this bench for about two months now. It's really solid. Benching 225 lbs with my 220 lbs is no problem. It's not too wide and not too narrow. Good support.I like the wheels that help me move it around. The one slight knock I have against it is the material cover; it's not super thick, so there are visible waves in the material that show it's been stretched after I've been using the bench. They settle back to normal after use, so it's fine. This is not the $500 bench you'd see at a big box gym, but that's the point of this bench; good quality, safe and adequate for a budget-friendly price. For someone that uses it 2-3 times a week - and that's the only use it gets - this is great! I did a lot of research and am glad I found this for myself.

Excellent. As advertised.
The bench arrived and was packaged neatly. I was able to get it out and start assembling it right away. Set up was relatively simple, nothing complicated when putting the different pieces together. Was pleasantly surprised with how stable it was in different positions. It slides up and down with no hitches from incline to decline. Most of the benches I’ve used wobble when I work out on them, but this one didn’t. Very pleased with the bench so far, it’s been great when I work out in my home. I do light dumbbell workouts and this is great for that.
