Doesn't work. very hard to adjust, squealing hurt my ears. not worth the cost.

It is just that...an amplifier with very distorted sound. When not using the batteries burn out quickly

Is worth the money if you are not ready to buy the real expensive ones.

Exactly what you would expect from a unit of this price. Accessory volume tool is inadequate and flimsy. Broke the first adjustment. Works in complete quiet enough to amplify without feedback. Echoes when there is any background noise.

Instructions on how to load battery, “turn on” & adjust the volume are terrible. I couldn’t get it to work.

It works and it fits well and isn’t visible. It didnt help me a lot. It does work but be grounded in your expectations.

Tinny sound quailty.Was a letdown. In a pinch, better then nothing.

Useless. No improvement with hearing. When volume is turned up it makes a whistling sound. Waste of my hard earned cash.
